USCIS announced May 4, 2015, that it has completed data entry of all fiscal
year 2016 H-1B cap-subject petitions selected in our computer-generated
random process. USCIS will now begin returning all H-1B cap-subject
petitions that were not selected. Due to the high volume of filings, the
time frame for returning these petitions is uncertain. USCIS asks
petitioners to not inquire about the status of submitted cap-subject
petitions until they receive a receipt notice or an unselected petition is
returned. USCIS will issue an announcement once all the petitions have been
returned.

小字没看到说lifetime只能拿一次，难道amex是默认的once lifetime么？
1. To qualify for the 50,000 bonus miles, you must make eligible purchases
with your Gold Delta SkyMiles® Credit Card that total $1,000 or more (

time of fulfillment. You can earn 50,000 bonus miles after you spend $1,000
or more in qualifying purchases on your Card within your first 3 months of
Card Membership starting from the date your account is approved. In rare
instances, your period to spend $1,000 may be shorter than 3 months if there
is a delay in receiving your Card. Also, purchases may fall outside of the
3 month period in some cases, such as a delay in merchants submitting
transactions to us or if the purchase date differs from the date you made
the transaction. (For example, if you buy goods online, the purchase date
may be the date the goods are shipped).
