实际申请的时候，有个下拉框选择国籍，如果选了中国，就有一个提示说要到柜台申请。

另外拿到$400后就可以把钱取走了吧？

capital gain总是要报的啊，除非你没有任何股票，银行利息结算。很多人只有saving
，那也是有利息的，只是可能实在太少都没报而已。

银行利息和开卡是很简单的了
股票还得算总账传账单
银行拿到1099直接填就是了
之前没转H的时候没法用turbotax 我都是手填 比股票什么的容易多了

你看看online有没有refer code可加？
最好去branch, 和manager 确认下确保拿到bonus。而且你也可以拿到你的referal
code 给别人。

后面还有一排要求：

is subject to closure in Citibank’s sole discretion. You will not fulfill
offer requirements if one of your eligible accounts is closed at the time
the Cash Bonus is paid.
就是说，如果你把15,000都放在checking account, 然后saving account is 0, 你就
违反了上面的规定，因为saving account is 0， 然后你的saving account就会被关掉
，你就不符合400$的条件。
所以说，两个账户（both checking and saving) 都要存才可以，加起来minimum is
15,000 or more.
