The agreement itself does not prevent me from working with other companies,
but does state that for a period of 12 months after a termination of
employment, the employee "will not directly or indirectly engage in, enter
into or participate in a Business competitive with the Employer or any
Business or commercial activity which is reasonably likely to compete with
or adversely affect the Business or products of the Employer." Nor will the
employee solicit any customer of the Employer or services of any person who
is an employee or agent of the Employer.
