关于non-profit h1b身份申请concurrent h1b
我的情况是：现在在一个高校非盈利机构工作，使用的是不占用名额的non-profit h1b
. 现在准备找一个盈利公司的工作, 由于担心抽签和gap的问题，打算申请concurrent
h1b，为新公司工作的同时，也继续为当前机构工作以便保持身份。
1. 这样的方案可行吗？被USCIS批准的可能性高吗？我打算将新的工作当成fulltime
，而当前的工作转成part-time。
2. 想再次确认下：此情况下申请的concurrent h1b是否依然不受名额限制呢，即使新
的公司是cap-subject的情况下？
3. 这个concurrent h1b是由新公司还是当前的单位file，还是两者一起？
4. 递交了concurrent h1b申请之后，是否只要移民局收到申请即可开始为新公司工作
，而不用等到被正式批准（因为已经是h1b的身份（non-profit））？
有人熟悉此类问题，或者有过类似经历的吗？非常感谢！

都是小时候给鲁迅的文章总结中心思想长大的。。。我认真的认为人家鲁迅就是吐吐槽
，没琢磨那么多。不过我小时候语文经常不及格的说。
什么老虎啊，岛啊，偶仰天长笑：大家想多了吧～～～

所以片子最后老李呼啦一下就略过了第二个故事的全清概要
我那场不少老美为了去抢deal，都提前退场了
剩下的老中都没听懂那段6级inglish
如果带点画面的话肯定就PG+

如果主人公最后一部分叙述是幻想的，或者说干脆把这一段砍掉
then what's the purpose of this movie? 李安花三亿就弄了个海上漂流片？那天谁说
的要考虑李安的文化背景我觉得挺对的。就是装，也得弄点“意义”出来。这绝不是过
度解读。我理解的过度解读有点像考据学，但是我们的分析远远没有涉及到那个范围。

Firstly, the rating is determined by MPAA, not IMDB. IMDB cannot change the
rating.
MPAA ratings only depend on explicit depictions, such as violence, sex, drug
, language. MPAA does not care about implications. 广电总局 cares about
implications.
