Why get angry? If the buying party would like to spend hours to
prepare a very low ball offer, it should be very easy for the seller to take
seconds to deny it and then forget it. There is almost nothing to lose for
the seller comparing to the buyer's effort. In addition, the low ball offer can always be counted as a real offer, which can be used to push other serious buyers for higher price. So if I were the seller, I actually would be happy to get whatever offer high or low.
