call from uscis yet.
I made a call again on June 12th again and they let me wait.What should I

刚跟好友看了《美国队长3：内战》，边看边给他普及漫威宇宙的基本知识，
顺便回顾了一下漫威电影史宣传的普世价值观。
漫威用至少五部电影（3部《钢铁侠》、2部《美国队长》和2部《复仇者联盟
》）做铺垫，终于引出这一部转折点式的决裂。单看美队3，故事有些过于紧凑和凌乱
，要联系前面的故事看得出这盘大棋是怎么摆下来的。
美国式的超级英雄（不止漫威，DC也是如此）都有共同的特点：很强，非常强
，但也有非常冥想的缺点——性格上的和能力上的——这就注定他们的定位不像东方英
雄那样完全被神化，而是更多的“人化”。他们不是突然顿悟，获得举世无双的力量，
功成名就后升入神圣殿堂，从此安享世人传颂。他们本身就是人，只是某一方面超过常
人，并利用这样的能力做出正义的举动，才成为大部分人心目中的英雄。注意是大部分
，而不是全部。自古以来对“英雄”二字就有争议，到底是危机创造了英雄，还是英雄
创造了危机？这个问题有点大，这里就不说太多了。由此看到，英雄也会遭到误解、埋
怨、诋毁......甚至捕杀，这就使得作为庞大群体的人类之价值观更加生动，更加贴近
实际。千篇一律的歌颂只存在于神话故事里，而且很难令人信服。
英雄也是人，他们之所以成为英雄，最主要的原因是：有过人的能力，了解自
己的能力伴生的责任，并勇于承担这份责任。美队3里Tony Stark找到spider boy的时
候，少年蜘蛛侠就说过，你有能力去做，但你没有，由此导致的后果就是你的责任。超
级英雄正是意识到这份责任并勇于为之战斗，才真正成为英雄。
可以看到，英雄的敌人们往往也有过人的能力，甚至要超过英雄们，只是用在
其他方面，才成了英雄的对立面。可深究起来，他们的所作所为并不是“征服世界”这
样可笑的目的，他们的目的往往复杂得多，要么复仇，要么处于嫉妒，甚至有为了创造
和平新气象的（奥创），为企图征服世界的恶势力服务的少之又少。之所以站在英雄的
对立面，最关键的原因正是他们完全以自我为中心，将某一种负面情绪无线放大，导致
自己成了病毒一样的存在——必须被消除。
另一方面，正因为英雄是人，是人就有缺点。单看分裂双方的领袖，钢铁侠天
生傲慢，说话办事我行我素，从天才花花公子到超级英雄的转变是因为一次意外对他产
生了极大的震撼，这种有些强制性的转型必然不会影响到深层心理，他依然傲慢，依然
我行我素。不管是自身的遭遇还是每次执行任务时的所见所闻都在他心中积累下浓重的
阴影。这种心理阴影反倒成了催化剂，催生他对力量恐惧，认为自己对恶性事件负有不
可推卸的责任，因此崇尚对超人力量推行制衡政策。
美国队长是能力和道德典范的结合体，从他成为超级英雄之前就勇于承担责任
，面对任何恶势力绝不低头。注射强化血清不止提高了他的能力，同时放大了他“普世
大爱”式的价值观，更加一门心思的跟恶势力战斗到底。但他毕竟是军人出身，二战时
形成的战斗精神深入灵魂，他一直认为自己就是一名士兵，是为战斗而生的，导致经常
不被理解。另一方面美国队长总是以保护他人为己任，这种感情到了曾经生死与共的朋
友身上同样无限放大。对巴基（冬兵）的责任、愧疚，正是最终决裂的直接导火索。
普世价值观没有严格的定义，但至少有三个基本要素：公平、正义、自由。决
裂双方都相信并坚持三个要素，只是侧重不同。美队一方以自由为最优，认为战斗的意
义就在于保证全人类的自由，在“美队2”里，Steve看到新型天空母舰时就说过：我们
战斗正是为了人类的自由，但拿枪对着他们绝对不是自由。在他眼里，政府要求复仇者
们签署协议，否则退休，正是对自由的严重践踏。他刚刚为了捍卫自由炸毁三艘空天母
舰，亲手摧毁曾经的恋人参与建立的神盾局，其决心可见一斑。钢铁侠一方则更看重后
果。每次行动后对亲手造成的无辜伤害抱有深深的愧疚，只是借助下一次战斗掩藏起来
，因此当政府拿出那些伤害当作筹码，他们的心理防线马上崩溃。钢铁侠一方认为战斗
就是为了拯救更多的人，越是强大的力量越需要制衡，才能最大限度避免伤害。对钢铁
侠一方，公平、正义才是最重要的。
可以说双方都没有错，而且都有足够的能力和超凡的毅力去捍卫自己的价值
观。他们所坚信的理念更没有错，真正的错误是——双方都有能力和毅力绝不妥协。一
群能力和个性都太突出的人，注定无法组成一个坚不可摧的团队。决裂从队伍组成时就
已经注定了。
双方都为了正确的价值观而战，这听起来似乎有点可笑，甚至不可思议。其
实很好理解，普世价值既然能称为“普世”或“普适”，那么肯定不会是错的。但别忘
了，价值观不是摆在天上看的，而是践行于每个个人的行为之中。个体千差万别，按照
自己对价值观的理解自然存在分歧。分歧产生矛盾，矛盾孕育冲突，冲突导致灾难。

LZ跟我情况差不多。也是VSC。
6月7号expedite request,说是5天内给信。
6月14号（今天）没收到任何消息，打了两个电话给USCIS，第一个念了一堆
instruction，后来发现跟USCIS网站上写的完全一样，意思就是让我等。第二个说是再
过30天才能提交第二次expedite，反正就是什么也没查到。
LZ要是有什么进展麻烦通知我一声。

Vermont Service center.
I called USCIS today. I am so sad that my expedite request was denied. The
agent said that USCIS sent the mail notice to me on June 9th. But I have not
received it.
I have to wait in patience.

They didn't ask for that and Agent just record my case.They ask for
nothingjust reason.Do you know where we can find the reason for expetite
service?

I think you can search expedite reasons from USCIS website. But I am not
sure.

I tried.That's all I can find so far.I want to try to expedite my case again.

Sorry, I could not log on to mitbbs this afternoon due to the limited access.
I filed the expedite request via Express mail today. My expedite reason is
still about financial loss to the company and myself. My package includes
expedite request letter and offer letter.
Hope I have good luck.

I use the expedite by fedex today for another try .But Vermont center doesn'
t allow this service unless yours is over 76 days.For my case it is not true.
Actually I made two calls afternoon for the second expedite request and both
have been refused to submit.
Anyway I tried my best and let's see.
