Hi Guys,
If I have already got my I140 approved, now I am switching to F1, would I
still be able to get the U.S. entry visa if I go back to China (given I've
already shown my immigration intent by having started the green card
application process)?
Thanks for any information you guys can provide.

威曼的片子一向无感，这个片子却是个奇葩。
自嘲加自黑威曼，限制级幽默，有点美版周星驰的意思。

My understanding is F1 visa is issued with no immigration intention. So it
would be a concern.
How about B2?

no. as long as you submit your 140, you'll have problem getting all non-
immigration visa
