学校回复说1042数字不对是因为年初没有签8233表，让我保税时候Claim treaty,请大
牛们指点下具体怎么操作啊？这是说现在1042上的2422完全是treaty的5000以外的，还
是是那5000的一部分？按code来说，应该是5000的部分，是不是？那就是我要自己多
claim5000-2422=2578吗？
