我的观点：现在O又回到了走一步看一步的时候了，5/6月间把EB3CI的VB倒拨到08/2007
就是说他要急刹车了，这么一来5/6月间，他就不准备给EB2CI visa number, 而把
visanumber都用到EB1，EB2ROW，EB4,5上去了。但VB在2012财年是不是就不前进了呢？
我认为，取决于SO （EB1SO+EB2ROW)，还是有相当可能的，无非就是等过了一两个月，
如果O发现SO还是有的话，他还是会progress EB2CI VB的，那是他和CIS都清清楚楚地
知道EB2CI的demand到底有多少，所以他们其实是可以很精准地progress VB的。
所以基于上述的分析，08PD的，尤其像你这类08年初的，在暑假里还是有希望能绿的，
那么08年后段和09年前段的，就只能等2013财年了。
3012死了，party is over, 所以VB再也不会像在前几个月那么抽风了，但VB还是会一
小幅振动的方式前进的，毕竟这次的inventory和07大潮那次不能比，这里的同学都感
谢O没有放C吧，放了C，可真的就是历史重演了。
