got the blues lick and song writing book yesterday, but my apt went
out power, so just briefly read them and went out drinking. the blues
lick book is kinda easy from my reading of first 20 pages, hope
it'll get deeper later. song writing book is rock solid, it has so much
info, will spend more time working on that.
all together less than 30 bucks, cheap, last night 4 of us had a tap of
220 bucks, hehe...i can open a library by now if i haven't been drinking.

That song writing book is a good one.
I only feel uncomfortable on his number system.
No matter it's a major or minor or whatever, he use the I, II III etc.
I am used to the I as major, i as minor.
I think I need to pick out something and rewrite it by myself.
anyway, it's a very good book with English style humor.

no no i'm not saying you are making it up, a couple of rounds of cocktails
can burn a big hole. that's why we always find somewhere have 2 for 1 night
i'm cheap, and drink too much.
when i was in atlanta we drink at someone's house and always end up in a
mess. if you walk into his house at dinner time you'll feel just like any
given day in Dalian. man, it was unbelievable. i'm there 356 days a year
and we average 10 cases of beer and chinese liquor if there is any, per

you are married and having kid at only 27? hehe...dude, perfect to start
raising hell since you've taken care of all the rest for life.
i don't drink any cocktails, Jack D all the way. i can't take sweet stuff
w/ liquor, i mean, what's the point of drinking then? i like the smell
of liquor, not OJ or Coke.
Pot is great too :) normally i find drinking is interesting involving a
little bit of that, hehehe.
