如果我自己创立的公司,将会采用这样的组织形式
1. Partnership
All members are equal partners of the company; there will be full
partnership and junior partnership; junior partners choose mentors from full
partners; otherwise all members are politically equal;
2. Hiring, promotion and firing
All hiring promotion and firing must be proposed by over 33% members and
must be passed over 80% majority vote;
3. Ambassadors
We don't have permanent officers; when we need representatives to interact
with others, we elect for ambassadors for that particular task;
4. Project allocation
Members form teams on their free will; teams bid for projects in auctions,
team members also bid for tasks in auctions; performance points will be
accumulated in auctions and used to calculate performance incomes;
5. Compensation
Compensation consists of the following: basic income so that people can feed
their families; performance income for doing the tough and/or undesirable
jobs; debt interest from the debt owned by the company to the member (i.e.
the difference between the basic income and his market value); profit
sharing from good years; dividend if the member chooses to buy company
equity;

我觉得要把自己的头部垫高,然后侧卧,调整宝宝的头,多试试,我刚开始也是怎么都
不行,现在基本上就采用躺着这一种姿势了。

给baby头下垫一个小枕头试试?
有时不一定要belly to belly
宝宝平躺着脸向一边也行 关键是调节rt和baby嘴的相对位置 多试几次一定可以:)

人天生就是不平等的,所谓的平等只是基本的人权、生存权层面的平等
如果不顾一切的强行平等,只能是灾难。比如猩猩要说了,我除了不会说话,我的智商
也挺高啊,我也要平等呢。牧羊犬也说了,我也挺聪明,也通人性,我也要平等
个体的人和人的差别,未必比人和猩猩的差别小
