I guess there is no much difference, but 液体奶 tastes much better. My son
has been taking only 液体奶.
If he could not finish, sometimes I finish it and sometimes let my animals
have it.

Liquid is easier to digest, my ped says, and gentle on baby's stomach. It is
suggested to give newborns liquid until they are old enough for the powder.
You can try both and see if your baby's stool is different. Powder
sometimes cause constipation.
