plan to have a baby, but don't know whcih insurance is good. I called one
and the rate is 200/month, Is that reasonable? currently on OPT now.

insurance company usually do not include maternity or they require a 1-year
limit period

Were you on a group insurance policy 63 days ago?
If not, then probably no private health plan will give you good pregnancy
coverage. They know you're gonna use >$10k medical service within the next
9 months...
