My doctor is too busy so my next appointment when I will do the big
ultrasound is in 5 weeks from my last appointment and will be the end of my
22th week. Is it too late? Should I do the ultrasould earlier and just do
the doctor's visit at 22 weeks?

还可以，因为一些原因，我当时是24周做的。

If you are worried about certain defects, such as dawn-syndrom,and you are
certain that you will not have a baby with such problem then you want to
have the test early so you have time for decision. I have a friend who found
out some issue and terminated the pregnancy...And I have other friends who
decided they will keep their baby no matter what, and they even skipped this
test.

应该没关系的，我问了我的ob，说是18周到22周都可以，他们比较prefer20周以后，因
为可以看的清楚，我自己约的是20周4天去。

不太晚吗？你做筛查了吗？

大于22周呢？我appointment那天正好22周了。我不知道这个window意味着什么，但是
不想这么切边。

我还是想做筛查的。因为早期不知道怀孕的时候确实有一些complication,high fever
，用了抗生素，还作了核磁共振检查。
这样的情况最佳应该是什么时候？
