今天去costco问到的相关规定，argue了半天只有receipt的情况，manager把她昨天收
到的email打出来给我看的：
1. May a member return an empty can of Similac?
yes,please process the member's return and follow the return instructions
in RRQ treating the empty can as if it has formula in it.
2. May a member receive a refund , even if they do not physically have the
can (i.e. they shipped it somewhere or threw the can away)?
No, the member may not have a refund.
郁闷啊，我这儿就是只有receipt，给朋友买的24罐全寄回去了，这回麻烦了，还好他
家小孩还没开始吃，manager建议说把空桶寄回来。。。。
