在没有保险的情况下，如果能，总共费用大概多少？如果分开，大概费用呢？中间需要

My doc does not recommend it. In fact she seriously rejected it when I asked
. She said the risk is too high for the mother to loose too much blood

能是能,国内就有认识人是这样操作的,给医生送了红包.
在这边就不知道了

Pregnant uterus bleeds very easily. If the fibroid is in the uterine wall
and the location is not interfered with C/S, no OB doctor touches the
fibroid. It is very hard to stop the bleeding. However, if the fibroid is
under serosa, it is possible to do myomectomy at the same time.

我4个月前做的是剖腹产和双侧畸胎瘤切除手术。其中一侧的瘤0.5磅，另一侧0。2磅。
没有输血。

我的一位朋友在国内，没怀孕的时候就有肌瘤，医生建议赶紧怀孕，等到生产时，剖腹
产一起割掉，但这边的OB好像觉得这个手术挺大的，不建议做。
我觉得国内的医生为了方便，一般要求孕妇早点剖腹，天天十几个手术，已经练就一手
快刀，十多分钟可以做一个剖腹产，出血也少，熟能生巧嘛，应该做剖腹产同时割肌瘤
没问题，这边OB做手术，临床应该比国内少很多，不做也罢。

恩，这边相对要保守
我的ob就建议生完了单独治疗，好在我的瘤不大
