话我就完全没得休息了，白天哪里有

她说宝宝肚子气太多，导致胃酸倒流，跟我们拍了很多气出来，之后宝宝好像真的胃口
好了很多。
如果还是胸喂加瓶喂，宝宝会一直想胸，就一直不能接受瓶子。所以只能狠心完全戒了

原来是酱紫。就是像拍嗝那种拍出气来？
你家宝宝夜里吃几顿？如果喂迷糊奶宝宝不容易分辨，不泵胸喂也行，白天再泵瓶喂。
不然夜里太辛苦，尤其冬天来了

你家宝宝夜里吃几顿？如果喂迷糊奶宝宝不容易分辨，不泵胸喂也行，白天再泵瓶喂。

那就11点多再起来阿，八点到11点可以睡两个多小时了
我每天晚上要起来三四次，就这么两三小时两三小时凑成八小时，要不然白天根本上不

啊MM一定是很容易入睡的人。我每次要睡差不多一个小时才能入睡，这样的话还才睡着
又要醒了。

嗯，基本上我是喂完奶倒头就睡
我夜里起来都不开灯，这样我好再入睡，宝宝也好再入睡，当然我是胸喂，不开灯行
其实以前我也不这么容易入睡，后来怀孕时一个晚上上好几次厕所锻炼出来的
