老婆已经怀孕快37周了，前面医生说是正位，前天由于其他原因换了个医生，发现宝宝
是臀位，给我们一周时间决定，是做体外version，还是选择剖腹产。
现在还有可能让宝宝转过来吗？不知道大家有没有好建议？
是我们第一个宝宝，现在不知所措。

I won't choose the version. I heard it is painful and the successful rate
is low. I had a scheduled c-section instead and it went very fast.

如果羊水多的话可以再给点时间，
我36周的时候也是臀位，这周去检查的时候头就转下去了。

36周半头位，37周半breech了，当时也哭了一场，不过事后觉得除了遗憾一些，也不用
对C那么担心。
bless，我当时医生都没有再给建议，直接让我约C。。。

You can try moxibustion. Search it online. It's easy and safe and have
high rate of success. You can get the moxi rolls on amazon.com.
Something like the following

Search online (in Chinese) to find out how to use it.

we did version at around 36 weeks, no pain at all. We waited for the OB for
4 hours at the hospital, but when he finally came, it only took 5 minutes
for him to finish the entire process, including examining with ultra-sound
and the actual rotation.

I did the version at 37 weeks and 3 days. It took the ob 5 seconds to turn
the baby around and I didn't even feel pain at all.
The version is normally done after 37 weeks so the baby is full term and a c
-section can be done in case of emergency. There are risks associated with
the procedure even though rare. Google the web and you will find a lot of
information about the version. There is also one vedio on Youtube showing
you the whole process.
If your baby is small and there is enough animiotic fluid then version maybe
a good choice. If the baby is alreay big, then C-section might be better
cause it's hard to turn the baby around and even if the baby is head down
you may still have to do a c-section at the end.

Ok, 非常感谢您的建议，我打算今天下午就去中医店买，不知道能不能买到，从amazon
定可能太慢了，来不及了。

非常感谢大家的建议，我想先试试中药熏，如果不行就可以尝试一下体外的version，
如果老婆不舒服或担心，我们就选择C了。看到大家的分享，我们心情平静很多了，谢
