I have very long and irregular periods, 35-90 days. I know in China you can
go to a hospital to do continuous ultrasound ovulation monitoring sometime
after your period. This way you will know when you are going to ovulate and
the quality of your egg. How can I ask for this kind of service here? I
asked my doctor and she referred me an infertility specialist. The
specialist asked me to do IVF directly. But I don’t want to do it now. I
still want to get pregnant by myself at this time.

美国就这点太不方便了。。。医生跟国内的完全不同。mm，你要不要试着用试纸和体温
机，同时用，看能不能找不来规律。。还有就是很多人一般白带后，就会排卵，你白带
规律么。

我的经期也非常紊乱，最长有95天。后然我是喝豆浆，姜茶，加上排卵试纸成功的。排
卵试纸很准得。

Agree 美国就这点太不方便了. I wonder if there is any clinic can do this. I
want to pay by myself if the insurance doesn't cover it.
I tried ovulation kit and bbt charting but always get confused. Because I
don't see very apparent two lines on the ovulation kit. When I see a high
BBT, it's too late to body dance. :( That's why I consider ultrasound
monitoring.

I don't see obvious 白带. Another factor makes my ovulation hard to predict.

要不要换个医生试试？应该不是每个infertility医生都会让你马上就做ivf的。

Ask your ob/GYN, the price ranges from $200-$800, your insurance might not
