就我医学生的观点，宝宝平衡易位对他／她本身并无影响，所谓唐氏即21三体，多了一
条染色体，而平衡易位只是遗传物质位置的改变，宝宝染色体还是46条，宝宝外貌、智
力和发育等通常都是正常的。但是他／她的下一代就会因易位节段的不平衡导致部分三
体，有可能胎儿畸形。
不要太担心，仔细咨询遗传专家，宝宝应该没问题，但以后他／她就要为自己的宝宝担
忧一点了。。

，genetics的办公室就在旁边，应该很容易约吧。让专业人士告诉你们风险，统计数据
，碰到同样问题的夫妇如何取舍，应该有数据的吧，根据你们夫妻的年龄，生活经济情
况，当然最重要的是心理承受能力，自己好好分析吧，无论做什么决定都不要回头看了

也在朝这方面努力。因为很多决定当时是无法知道对错的，有些要时隔多年才知道，有

的，我们唯一可以做的就是我现在应该怎样做才能把生活过的更好
说说我自己的例子，希望对你有帮助，不会太晚
7年前我刚来美国不久就怀孕了，那时还水土不服，脸上起了很多红点点。5个月大B超
的时候，查出我儿子大动脉转位，先解释一下，我们双方家族没有任何遗传病，身体都
健康，按医生说的这是以几率发生的，是20万分子一的几率，却摊到了我孩子的身上。
当时那个晴天霹雳，天天以泪洗面，我不敢告诉我父母（这是我最大的错误），老公家
是反对留这个孩子的，他自己也有点犹豫，可是看到我那么难过和伤心，最终同意了我
的要求，留下了孩子。其实那时我才20几，完全有机会的。后来儿子出身的第7天就做
了手术，在医院足足呆了38天，不回忆了，太痛苦了...接下来又是不断地手术...
我想告诉MM的是，虽然我们的情况不一样，因为我这个是确诊，你的只是可能，虽说几
率不高，但是如果你还年轻，只有20几岁，就再考虑一下，有些病不是做完手术就好了
，还有很多意想不到的问题和后遗症，经济上，心里上都要绝对承受的起。因为照顾一
个生病的孩子要花去太多的精力，我老公中途换了专业，毕业又碰到经济危机，直到去
年才找到工作。我也是匆匆毕业，随便找了个工作。虽然一步步都走过了，期间双方也
有互相埋怨，我老公始终认为他事业发展不好，和7年前的决定是有必然联系的，期间
我们不知吵过多少次，有时都吵到我想离婚，想一死了结...可是幸亏我们感情基础很
好，真的吵完也就算了，但我总觉得我老公心里总有那个结，如果让他再选一次，他一
定会选择不要。但是我就很难说，因为我太爱我儿子了，而且我儿子现在还不错，除了
运动能力和学习能力比同龄的孩子差些，但是从外表看，他绝对是个正常的孩子，而且
看起来很聪明，也很可爱。要说后悔，我有时也会，但不是因为自己受了多少苦，而是
儿子受了太多太多的苦，可能把人几辈子的苦都受了，都是我这个做妈妈的带给他的，
如果不生下他，他就不会有痛苦了，所以我经常自责的要死...现在只希望他以后都健
健康康，平平安安的！！！

both checked the blood to find out it is inherited from father. The doc said
is fine but with higher risky, if it is mutation then it may cause big
ptoblem later. Noone can tell you if the nreak point is play an important
role the the protein expression. Talk with a sepcialist, they can do more
test, like miro array to find out the detail inform if you want to wait.

balanced translocation from a close relative. So here are some background
knowledge:
1. The general population about balanced translocation is not a small number
, although still rare. It is about 1 in a thousand for general population.
There are two types of them, one of them has a slightly higher percentage,
probably 1 in 700~800?
2. For people with balanced translocation, they won't be able to know it
until they start to build their family. Some might be hard to get pregnant;
some might experience several miscarriages; for some really unlucky ones,
they will find about their balanced translocation until they carry a baby
with unbalanced translocation to term. Although there are quite a lot lucky
ones who never know anything about their balanced translocation. They may
just give birth to a non-carrier or a balanced carrier without knowing
anything about it. Maybe one day their unlucky siblings/cousins tell them
about the possibility and they will find out; and maybe they find out until
their children have a hard time to conceive; maybe they will never find out.
3. About 30% of the balanced translocation are not inherited; there is a
specific name for it, I don't remember what the term is. For those people,
the risk is higher. For 5-10 percent of these people, there might be a
problem; and for the other >90% of people with spontaneous balance
translocation, it will be fine. There is no way to tell the person has a
balanced translocation from outside. They are just as healthy as any other
people. For the people with balanced translocation that are inherited, in
general belief these people are healthy and normal; since their parents can
live until at least the child-bearing age.

，比例，这些都是统计过的，在拿来参考方面更加可信一些。而且她可能还会告诉你在

，genetics的办公室就在旁边，应该很容易约吧。让专业人士告诉你们风险，统计数据
，碰到同样问题的夫妇如何取舍，应该有数据的吧，根据你们夫妻的年龄，生活经济情
况，当然最重要的是心理承受能力，自己好好分析吧，无论做什么决定都不要回头看了

说说我自己的例子，希望对你有帮助，不会太晚
7年前我刚来美国不久就怀孕了，那时还水土不服，脸上起了很多红点点。5个月大B超
的时候，查出我儿子大动脉转位，先解释一下，我们双方家族没有任何遗传病，身体都
健康，按医生说的这是以几率发生的，是20万分子一的几率，却摊到了我孩子的身上。
当时那个晴天霹雳，天天以泪洗面，我不敢告诉我父母（这是我最大的错误），老公家
是反对留这个孩子的，他自己也有点犹豫，可是看到我那么难过和伤心，最终同意了我
的要求，留下了孩子。其实那时我才20几，完全有机会的。后来儿子出身的第7天就做
了手术，在医院足足呆了38天，不回忆了，太痛苦了...接下来又是不断地手术...
我想告诉MM的是，虽然我们的情况不一样，因为我这个是确诊，你的只是可能，虽说几
率不高，但是如果你还年轻，只有20几岁，就再考虑一下，有些病不是做完手术就好了
，还有很多意想不到的问题和后遗症，经济上，心里上都要绝对承受的起。因为照顾一
个生病的孩子要花去太多的精力，我老公中途换了专业，毕业又碰到经济危机，直到去
年才找到工作。我也是匆匆毕业，随便找了个工作。虽然一步步都走过了，期间双方也
有互相埋怨，我老公始终认为他事业发展不好，和7年前的决定是有必然联系的，期间
我们不知吵过多少次，有时都吵到我想离婚，想一死了结...可是幸亏我们感情基础很
好，真的吵完也就算了，但我总觉得我老公心里总有那个结，如果让他再选一次，他一
定会选择不要。但是我就很难说，因为我太爱我儿子了，而且我儿子现在还不错，除了
运动能力和学习能力比同龄的孩子差些，但是从外表看，他绝对是个正常的孩子，而且
看起来很聪明，也很可爱。要说后悔，我有时也会，但不是因为自己受了多少苦，而是
儿子受了太多太多的苦，可能把人几辈子的苦都受了，都是我这个做妈妈的带给他的，
如果不生下他，他就不会有痛苦了，所以我经常自责的要死...现在只希望他以后都健
健康康，平平安安的！！！

I had the baby with the same results as you, he got it from my huaband, we
both checked the blood to find out it is inherited from father. The doc said
is fine but with higher risky, if it is mutation then it may cause big
ptoblem later. Noone can tell you if the nreak point is play an important
role the the protein expression. Talk with a sepcialist, they can do more
test, like miro array to find out the detail inform if you want to wait.

Don't know if LZ mm has made some decision. I learned quite a lot about
balanced translocation from a close relative. So here are some background
knowledge:
1. The general population about balanced translocation is not a small number
, although still rare. It is about 1 in a thousand for general population.
There are two types of them, one of them has a slightly higher percentage,
probably 1 in 700~800?
2. For people with balanced translocation, they won't be able to know it
until they start to build their family. Some might be hard to get pregnant;
some might experience several miscarriages; for some really unlucky ones,
they will find about their balanced translocation until they carry a baby
with unbalanced translocation to term. Although there are quite a lot lucky
ones who never know anything about their balanced translocation. They may
just give birth to a non-carrier or a balanced carrier without knowing
anything about it. Maybe one day their unlucky siblings/cousins tell them
about the possibility and they will find out; and maybe they find out until
their children have a hard time to conceive; maybe they will never find out.
3. About 30% of the balanced translocation are not inherited; there is a
specific name for it, I don't remember what the term is. For those people,
the risk is higher. For 5-10 percent of these people, there might be a
problem; and for the other >90% of people with spontaneous balance
translocation, it will be fine. There is no way to tell the person has a
balanced translocation from outside. They are just as healthy as any other
people. For the people with balanced translocation that are inherited, in
general belief these people are healthy and normal; since their parents can
live until at least the child-bearing age.
