看了首页的宝宝被CPS带走的帖子http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/Indiana/31232389.html 和 http://www.mitbbs.com/article_t/NextGeneration/34302787.html)，正好我刚收到我的保险公司来的一封调查信，要回答一些我孩子为什么受伤的问题等等。大家帮我看看应该怎么回信，会不会因为回答的敏感的东西会引起CPS的人注意，并导致以后来我家带走孩子？
事情是这样的，今年2月份，我家小儿子David和大儿子在沙发上玩儿，不小心两个人一
起从沙发上掉到地上，大儿子正好压在小儿子身上，结果小儿子的上臂靠近肘关节的地
方红肿，第二天我们赶紧带小儿子去骨科医院检查出来是“骨裂”，当时打了石膏，直
到4月初才去掉石膏完全好了。
一直以为没什么事情，没想到5月27号我收到我的保险公司的一封信“Accident/
Illness Questionnaire”，内容如下：
Dear Participant,
We received a medical claim which indicates that treatment may be related to
an accident or work related illness/injury. Additional information is
necessary in order to process your claim. Please complete and return the
enclosed materials to the address shown below:
1. Questionnaire, and
2. Agreement to Reimburse.
Important: Failure to return the signed Questionnaire and Agreement to
Reimburse may result in denial of related charges.
