The Brother 2270dw I purchased from Amazon.com cost me $169.00. When I
received the merchandise, Staples had enclosed an invoice in the box showing
that the printer I received cost only $24.00. Quite a difference in price
from the $169.00 I paid Amazon! So I decided to return the merchandise due
to the huge price discrepancy. Then I discover that Amazon will not pay for
return shipping of this merchandise, but rather that I must send it back via
New Heights Product at my expense. So I pack it up and take it to the Post
Office only to discover that it will cost me $30.00 to return it!! So now
this $24.00 staple brother printer will cost a whopping $200.00 with no
promise of how much Amazon will actually refund me for this overpriced item.
I would like Amazon to pay for the return shipping and refund the entire $
169.00 I spent on the Printer. Thank you for your attention to my problem.
