Anyone can help, my all kids were taken away at 2 ;00 pm yesterday by DCF.
And a baby with 8 months have a high fever, he still be fever with 2 days
until now, and DCF someone said look pediatrician. I didn’t find any one
take baby to see doc until now. It is really terrible .
Take away reason;
Babyboy with 8 months have a fever, I am feeding him to eat Tylenol, don’t
know that Jessica with 2 years takes this bottle to play, and
transportation bus is picked up kids to daycare, id didn’t find Jessica
take a bottle and sent her to bus. So next I got a email;
This morning, Jessica arrived at Lydia ’s Family Child Care Program on the
bus today. Jessica has a bottle of Tylenol and was drinking it. The bottle
was half full when she arrived at Lydia ’s program.
Lydia immediately called the Catholic Charities Office and then the Poison
Control Center . Lydia spoke with Kathy at the Poison Control Center @ (
617)355-6607. Kathy needs to speak to you directly. At this point, Kathy
said that Jessica did not need to go the emergency room, and needs constant
monitoring.
Jessica needs to be picked up at Lydia ’s home immediately. Please call me
to let me know you have received this email.
Also, please call your pediatrician.

镇定，这种情况一定要镇定，理智，不要慌了神把事情搞得更
遭。不知道你们州具体程序，建议找律师咨询。以前有人帖过
这方面的帖子，帮你找出来了：

老二生病，妈妈喂药，2岁老大拿药瓶玩，带到学校，老师发现
药瓶半空，说是老大喝了，报告了相关部门，把两个孩子都带走
了
8个月还在发烧的孩子被强行带走，真叫人心疼，祝福楼主，希望
孩子没事，早点接回来

好像是说她不小心让大女儿带了泰若去daycare，还喝了半瓶，daycare老师打了poison
center的电话，poison center的工作人员可能联系了DCF（什么机构），DCF就把孩子
们都带走了

只剩下半瓶了，怀疑是老大喝了，真要一次喝半瓶子泰诺估计事情很大条，报告了有关
部门，结果俩孩子全被带走了

楼主，你说的email是谁发给你的？是幼儿园吗？在找律师的同时，
要跟幼儿园老师沟通好，不要情绪化，搞清楚到底在幼儿园发生了
什么，老师看到了什么（瓶盖是打开的？老师亲眼看到孩子喝药？）
要想办法让老师站到你这边，请求老师帮助你一起把孩子拿回来
老师多半是因为害怕孩子在幼儿园出事幼儿园负责任所以报告，你
要理解这一点不要指责老师，而是要让老师理解你同情你帮助你

？别等到法庭上见啊。

是谁告诉你孩子看过医生了？我想你应该有权知道孩子目前的状况，
看的哪个医生，医生怎么说，吃什么药，等等

i got this email after i sent more emails to DCF,
i want to let you know that dora, Sophia, Jessica and Michael are OK. They
are in safe foster families. The 72 hour court hearing will be this
Thursday 1/12/12; 830am, at Cambridge Juvenile Court, 121 Third street,
Cambride, MA 02141. you need to be there. I you are not able to get
attoneys on your own, you wil have appointed attoneys. I will meet with you
in the open floor court waiting area Thursday.
Michael has a cold, foster parent is contacting his Pedi if he needs to be
seen.
You just called to ask about a visit with all children. I am trying to
coordinate one for this Friday 1/13/12, supervised, one hour at my office.
I will let you know.

要不你找个美国朋友帮你给DCF打电话，强烈要求马上带孩子去看医生。
还有你到底找律师了没有，我们这里的妈妈们也不懂那一套游戏规则，
比如要是foster family没有带孩子看医生你是否可以告DCF，这个律师
才知道，你可以要求律师出面跟DCF交涉要求让孩子看医生

那是不可能的。
你在美国学习工作过吗？感觉你非常需要一个会讲英文的，参加过工作的中国人的帮助啊
你不要在这里哀求了，这里的人都没这个权利。赶紧利用宝贵的时间去找律师吧！
既然你没了孩子就会去死，一定不会舍不得律师费吧？
赶紧的！8个月连续发烧超过2天了，很危险啊

网上大家可以帮你想办法，但是你要实施起来需要人帮忙啊。

中文报纸上多的是移民律师，对这个不一定懂，也不能让那些律师给骗了
楼主你去法律版问吧，好象每个地方有bar association之类的可以推荐
律师的，我也不懂，但是要赶紧行动啊

一眼就认出楼主的英语了，你不是前两个月在法律版求助过landlord dispute的么？那
个帖子里跟你推荐过Boston的free legal service http://www.gbls.org/，你给他们打电话了没？
事情到这个地步不可能不走法律程序了，你在这求助就是浪费时间，赶紧找律师是正经
。另外找个英语好的朋友帮你翻译，不然太耽误事。

是啊，觉得是很简单的事情，怎么可能会这么复杂？泰诺的瓶盖小孩子是不可能打得
开的，lz可以在法庭上拿这个质问，当面让小孩打开瓶盖试试，不就得了？
另外，楼主你就直接说中文好了，英文这么烂，语法词序都不通，既然上来在这个华人
圈子里求大家帮助，为什么还要如此坚持不懈说英语？－－练英文也不是你这样子练法
滴！
真弄不明白，这个不是坑就是lz脑子有问题。

那孩子手里拿的一定是个打开了的瓶子。见原贴： “Jessica has a bottle of Tylenol and was drinking it.”我猜这个妈妈正在给小儿子喂药，结果上daycare的女儿顺手把打开了的瓶子拿去玩了。不知道她女儿喝了多少，但是老师发现瓶子不满以后马上给送去医院检查，这个是对的。
美国医院对女人和小孩确实是比较重视。我前不久脖子疼去看急诊，登记的人问我在家里的情况，我过了好一会儿才反应过来，她们问的是家暴的可能性。-_- 如果一个孩子喝多了药，引起她们注意是正常的。
楼主现在一定要保持冷静。孩子暂时被带走了是不错，可是你现在还没有失去他们，官司还没打呢。你得要利用开庭前的这段时间找好律师，根据他／她的建议收集对你有利的证据／证人，证明这只是一次意外，证明你们平时照顾孩子的方式是没有问题的，确保上庭以后能要回孩子。一家人在一起是最重要的。
