看了下保险，有关生育是这么说的：
Fertility services

Ded. and coinsur. apply up to $24,000 lifetime medical & $7,500 lifetime Rx
max (in- and out of network combined).
Office visit: Pre/postnatal
In Network
80% covered after deductible is met
In-hospital delivery services
In Network
80% covered after plan deductible; precertification required
Fertility services和delivery services 说的是两回事？
什么是precertification？
