今天去看OB，临走时候她给了我一瓶糖水，让我下次来之前喝下（一个月之后），记下
时间，过一个小时做血糖测试（我家离OB开车20分钟的样子）。
我下次预约的时间是早上九点钟。以前我记得版上有帖子说如果吃早饭的话不要喝粥，
喝牛奶，这样容易引起血糖高。如果我当天喝糖水之前吃早饭的话，吃什么比较好呢？
我不想cheating，但是也不想因为吃了太多主食（早餐我一般都是牛奶面包什么的）喝
糖水，导致血糖过高去做三小时的糖测...
我也问了OB能不能空腹喝糖水，她说可以的。

的确不能早饭吃淀粉类的东西，为了保险起见可以不吃早饭。。。

直接空腹喝糖水，测出来的会不会不准阿？比如我真的有妊娠糖尿病，但是没有测出来？

我也有同样的问题，不吃早饭的话不会使得有问提的成为落网之鱼吧？要是真有问题还
是要治，怕对baby不好

我上次就是吃了早饭再喝的糖水然后测的一小时血糖，居然过了，哈哈。但28周时还要
再做一次，因为我孕前血糖是偏高的。顺便想问一下JMS有没有看自己的血糖报告呀？
我的血糖数据是从尿中来的，岂不是浪费了我好几管血？！下次见OB得问问。。。

My personal opinion from my own experience is that the threashold for the
pass/fail in the 1 hour is quite low to capture as many potential cases as
possible. I borderline failed the test (140 mark) but I'm perfectly fine
with the 3 hour. My measurements in 3-hour were not only in the normal range
but actually low on the normal range. I would suggest you just to follow
your doc's instruction. If he says to eat normal or to fast, just do it. I
think since you are drinking so much sugar for the 1 hour (50 gram),
whatever you eat, is not going to matter that much in comprarison to this
50g extra pure sugar.

你的情况和我一样，我也是约了九点钟。我问ob说早饭要不要吃，她说可以吃一点，但
是别吃那种糖分很高的东西，你就吃个煮鸡蛋好了。

我抽血的lab说的是，可以吃早饭，但最好不吃。我自己就是开始以为可以随便吃，结
果1小时不过，不得不做了3小时，很受罪。我的3小时很正常，但空腹一晚又抽四次血
实在太亏了。
