请问，现37W,要不要38W做“人工剥膜”（Stripping membranes）

请问，现37W,要不要38W做“人工剥膜”（Stripping membranes）# NextGeneration - 我爱宝宝

35W时候大B超+内检，开1指，之后2次内检，每次都是开1指+80%软化。
OB说建议做Stripping membranes。看我们不懂啥意思，就写下来让我们回去想想，
下周去产检的时候就可以做了（38W）.
OB说做了这个有30%的可能性会在之后的24小时内生。
请问有没有JM做过这个？效果怎样啊？怕做了以后没有效果被拉去剖了咋办啊。。。

我39周零几天做的，当时好像开了3指，但是宝宝位置还很高，宫颈也没有软化，医生
就建议做了。做的时候有点疼，但是不是特别严重。
后来宝宝还是41周给催出来的。。。

这个催产是有概率的，做了不一定有用，我觉得有用的那些说不定也会自己发动。我同
事overdue,前天40周产检刚刚做了，今天还是来上班了，没用，约了明天催。我同事第
一个overdue 8天之后催产的，这是第二胎，已经用了各种方法：针灸，每天爬楼梯、
喝一种什么茶，天天吃菠萝，这个stripping membrane.最后的结论是：娃不想出来，
你怎么折腾也没用，只能等着催了。我不是想打击搂住，只是觉得还是顺其自然，不用
太纠结，搞得自己很痛苦。催也没什么不好，很多人都催得挺顺利的。

额，看来mm当时属于那70%的概率啊。
好在这个貌似即便没有效果，也不用立即转为剖腹产

mm说的那种催是不是指打催产针？打催产针是不是概率更高？
我虽然心里小小着急，但没想到OB比我更着急，估计她是看我没啥进展，哪儿也不疼，
跟个没事儿人似的，预计到我会1指开到生吧。
另外，娃38周如果出来会不会太早啊？

太早了吧，那时候我OB说有50%的人会在48小时内发动

为啥这么早？听说如果你的胎盘还很厚，做了会很痛的。

Ideally, stripping membrane would speed up your labor, however, it's not
that effective as I heard or at least on me. I did it at 38w and wasn't in
labor until the day before my due date. Just do it, it's not painful at all
and won't increase your risk to get a C-section. 38wks is considered full-
term already.

colleagues decided to strip Annie’s membranes. Annie’s cervix was not
favorable in the least. It was only one centimeter dilated, thick, and felt
like the tip of your nose–pretty firm. It was very painful to strip the
membranes, as at one centimeter, the cervix is not open enough to admit the
average person’s finger, so it must be manually forced open. ”

之前稍微提了一下打催产针，被OB否决了，说是不成功就要剖。看来这个人工剥膜不成
也不会剖是挺好的

对了，OB说的effacement 80%，是不是说胎盘不那么厚了已经？
要生宝宝了，咱不怕疼。。。

简单说，就是OB内检时候用手指划拉一圈。。。。
Stripping the membranes is done carefully and gently in a pelvic exam, by a
care provider who sweeps a gloved finger around the cervix to separate the
amniotic membrane from the lower uterine wall. This does not equate to "
breaking the waters," though in some cases that can occur. This technique is
thought to release prostaglandins, which bring about contractions and
soften the cervix, according to the American Congress of Obstetricians and
Gynecologists. Labor may commence within a few hours, or a few days, or not
at all.

听着好像是去除plug啊
不过我都断断续续掉了五天了
也开了三指了。可就是没宫缩啊这还是老二哪。不过现在才38周倒也不用急
