Of couse you need to continue to breast-feed, the best way to protect your
baby from getting cold from you because there is anti-body in your breast-
milk.
I got very sick a couple times last year but continued to breast-feed my
baby. Even my husband got it from me. But my baby was totally fine even I
co-sleep and had close contact with him every day.
