Epstein pearl, DON'T WORRY.
Epstein pearls are little white or yellowish white cysts that form on the
gums and the roof of the mouth in around 80 percent of newborn babies. They
are usually less than 2mm in size and are dome-shaped little bumps. Some
parents mistake these cysts for teeth and become concerned about them. These
protein-filled cysts are harmless, however, and usually fade within a week
to two weeks after birth.
