原来只投了500块在FSA，因为一般也没什么病
没想到LP今年这么快就怀上了，好像怀孕算一个原因可以把FSA投到$5000上限吧？什么
时候可以去改呢？怎么改？找公司？

分两种
一个dependent care account up to $5000
一个是health care account up to $2500
你娃生出来之后才能改
但是你今天的医疗费用都可以报

不是的，如果改变FSA数额的理由是生了小孩，那么后改的（加的钱）不能用在小孩出
生前的费用上，必须是孩子出生当天或以后的。改金额要等小孩出生后，30还是60天内
，可以Retro-cover到生产当天。我去年年底刚做过。

我们公司，只要是当年的费用都可以
我去年刚生小孩
10月份加的钱，可以用在全年，用在family中的任何一个人

you might be wrong on this statement "但是你今天的医疗费用都可以报".
For my company's FSA, you can only use(or reimburse) the additional amount
which you add for the expense after the life-time change event(such as birth
of your child).
For example, you put $500 into FSA on Jan 1, 2013. You child is born on Oct
1, 2013. On Oct 15, 2013, you put additional $1000(up to $2000) into your
FSA. This additonal $1000 can only be used for the expense after Oct 1, 2013
(including this day).
Am I wrong?

当然，每个人还得自己去check，HR很多时候搞不清楚，需要打电话问FSA的客服，那是
最准确的哦。甚至某些客服都不知道你问的问题，所以double check
总之，这是我的经历。3500里面小宝的费用只有200块左右哦。

夫妻一方有open enrollment也可以加钱（比如换工作，或者内部transiition到另一个
vendor之类的）。。。

孩子出生后可以往 Independent Care FSA 里加钱么？另外加的钱只能用给新出生的孩
子么，可不可以用给其他的孩子？
