Subject: Jimmy Kimmel's "Kill all Chinese" is not funny and he must be fired
To whom it may concern:
Good afternoon. This is W Z and I am a faculty member of V K University. I
am a Chinese. I am a father of two girls. They love Disney, everything about
Disney! We have also planned a trip to your Orlando park next summer. They
love to watch Disney TV Channels, movies. As parents, we like them too.
But a recent event is really bothering me. Jimmy Kimmel has a kid show with
a statement:"Kill all Chinese". I think it is not funny at all. It put me,
my family and all Asian people in US in danger. Think about the situation
that somebody can't go to China to kill. But he found a Chinese/Asian
neighbor.
It was a surprise that Disney owns ABC and of course Jimmy Kimmel's show. He
must be fired.
I am just a little college professor and there is not much I can do to make
you to do this. But at least I do the following:
Cancel trips to Disney world. There are plenty of other alternatives.
Cancel TV subscription to all your TV channels. This will be hard since I
need to watch my games of my favorite college sports. But it is not there is
no alternatives.
Stop my kids from watching any movies produced by you.
Stop them from buying clothes, toys and anything related to your company. I
know there will be some resistance. But I can always show them Jimmy Kimmel'
s show and tell them your company has refused to fire this guy.
Spread around Asian community, as they will all affected.
Tell the story in my classroom whenever I got a chance.
