I live in the Philly area, we have a live in nanny 4 years ago, we paid her
$325-350/week, and 2 week vacation/ year. She have been working for us for
about 3 years.
The nanny worked for 5 days a week, taking care of our baby and cook for a 2
dishes dinner for us.

it was a really good deal. i'm paying my live-in 90 bucks a day. but she
does all house keeping related duties & take good care of my 10 month old.
i'd rate her 9/10.
