官方网站上说可以用vitalchek在线申请宝宝的出生证明，可是用credit Card 交了钱
后说要填sworn statement form，其中有说明说 if submitting your order online
or by fax and requesting an authorized birth certificate, you must have your
sworn statement notarized using the certificate of acknowledge , 其中需要要
notary signature， 公证人随便找个同事行不行？难道真得需要再找正式的公证人公
证和盖章吗？这样岂不是比自己亲自去申请更麻烦？望办过的人指点，谢谢。
