家里出了emgerency，和LG有重大分歧。知道单位提供这个benefit，是外面的一个提供
employee assistance and wellness services的公司做。据说是confidential的。因
为很近又是免费的，不知道是否可以去。朋友建议找心理医生，看了insurance，
mental health也是cover的，但对医生完全不了解，以前也没有做过这方面的咨询。
对单位提供的担心这种confidential有多少，雇主会不会知道。时间紧，想做个心理辅
导。

it should be confidential. I think it is more like a hotline that let you
talk to a professional who normally will not comment too much on your issue,
rather than they guide your through your problem and give you a chance to
vent it out. And the good part is the first step should be over the phone,
this avoided the trouble to go see dr in the office.
