宝宝白天不容易哄睡或者放下易醒，放bouncer上睡的比床上安稳，下午不睡放carseat
里推推就睡了，担心总睡对宝宝脊柱不好，现在2个月，希望将来能有改善睡床，不然
长大睡Bouncer或carseat更窝着了。

有危险，时不时听说出事的。bouncer不知道，我说car seat.

长时间睡不好。但我家的前段时间只能在swing里才能睡得比较安稳，也没有办法。因
为我觉得不睡觉更不好。

carseat
based on books, sleeping occasionally for a couple of hours in a bouncer or
car seat is fine during the day. but for long naps or sleeps, you should
always let the baby sleep in the crib. this will help them develop a good
sleeping routine.
also, because bouncers and card seats restrict head movement, so it has a
higher chance to cause flat head syndrome (plagiocephaly).

一般睡2小时，有时开车出去吃饭，就3小时，希望还好，现在夜里哄睡后先在上面放会
，睡实再放床上

时间长短我不清楚影响会怎样，如果搜索 car seat sleep danger, 能出来好多。
我记得版上妈妈以前也提到过好几次。

以前问过儿医，bouncer可以，carseat不好。

这几天夜里有时也睡bouncer, 放床上就拧来拧去，醒来，bouncer好些，能睡3-4小时

从bouncer转移到床上，还会醒
，唉，真是两难，希望宝宝睡好，又怕bouncer对发育不好，怎么办，妈妈们给点正能
量，将来还能改过来睡床吗？
在床上睡不好啥原因呢？想到2个：一是宝宝可能reflux, bouncer舒服，二是我放crib
的方式不对，让她觉得从怀里到床上没安全感。看过国内网上讨论怎么放床上，但是我
们的crib没有drop side, 有栏杆。有什么放下的技巧呢？谢谢！
