我们这儿不贵,现在改成免费的了.

我没上过。我ob说她的病人普遍反映用处不大，到时候医生护士都会教也会帮忙。产后
照顾孩子的课喂奶什么的倒是推荐。

我主要是为了让老公受教育，所以才准备去上。自己的话，反正平时网上知识学的够多

如果老公没经验，看了也没用认识2个朋友，老婆生产时都紧张缺氧另外抢救了。
还是靠医生护士靠谱点儿。自己的话，除非是比较冷静抗疼的，头胎理论经验没什么帮
助，个人感觉。

没有用。上个新生儿护理倒是很有用。如果是新妈的话。

我们上过，感觉那些东西网上都能找到。
不过，当时还带着参观了医院，搞明白了快生的时候应该去什么地方，到时候就觉得没
那么陌生了。

谢谢姐妹们回复，我们这的医院有2个小时的和8个小时的两种课 ，价钱不一样，2个小
时的只cover delivery 那部分，8个小时的是产前到产后，上哪个好呢？

It was very helpful in my opinion.
1. Unless you have a scheduled C-section, everyone will be experiencing some
extention of contraction. The class offers some pain management which is
helpful.
2. The class also offers some knowledge and what to expect right after birth
.
3. One thing I personnally really recommend couples to take this class
together is that it gives the expecting dad a chance to know how labor and
birth really is, so they can be useful and considerate when the time comes.
4. Sometime the class offers the tour to the child birth center. This way,
you'll know exactly where to go when the time comes. So that you won't be
yelling and screaming in pain but don't know the right place to go.

我没上过，想报名的时候已经医院免费的班已经满了。自己看书，上网，差不多了。生
的很顺利，知识也没用上。

有用。主要是让ld也去听听，让他体会生孩子的痛苦。push的那会儿，ld还帮着push，
按摩。不上课，ld是不会知道这些知识的。
这个课fsa/hsa还可以报销，省下20-30%。所以总共下来也不贵，考虑到两个人，8小时
。
