很幸运公司有pension
现在看来一切都很好
但有点担心30年后像gm一样破产
那最坏情况下 公司破产了 退休基金应该是独立操作的吧？债主有权当公司财产claim
吗？

Pension obligation is a junior debt to the company in capital structure,
thus in case of bankruptcy, pension has a claim to company's asset, behind
senior debt owners, but before equity owners. It is almost certain a hair-
cut would happen unless the pension beneficiaries are politically well
connected (think UAW). PBGC also insures benefit to a limit.

晚清的景泰蓝细密棕眼非常多，而且铜胎常见绿锈，包浆厚而无光泽，最主要的还是要
上手掂份量。帖里这件露铜部分和珐琅釉面都是比较新的，而倒数第三张绿色仰莲的料
态通透，个人认为不会超过1950年。

视觉中心在三一律交点上，挺好的
黄绿交界线呈弧线状，也挺舒服，
就是远处那个椅子非常不顺眼。

They could be, they could be also managed in-house, or a mixture of both.
But the future pension obligations are hard to measure until the bills are
due, while the current pension assets value fluctuates. Often an important
portion of pension fund is made of company stock, which is fine as long as
the company is doing good, and it is cheap for the company, but when things
get wrong...you get the idea.
