This is not a big problem. I hope there is a template out somewhere and the
HR is more than happy to sign it most of the time.
The only concern right now is that PERM and 140 are done by company lawyer.
If USCIS sees this, will they file a RFE most of the time? And if there is
any RFE, will it go to the lawyer or go to my current address? If it goes to
the lawyer, it is sort of trouble then...
