羊肉不能太精，最好是半肥瘦的，以及带点筋的。Costco的羊腿基本上
外面那圈片下来半寸厚的可以做肉串，中间的精肉只能炒或者涮。
基本上竹签子泡水过夜，我喜欢大块1.5-2厘米的大块肉，肥瘦间隔的
穿好，紧密架在烤盘上。烤箱开broil最大，打开下面抽屉，如果有大面
积明火，直接撒上盐和孜然粉进去一面一分钟，烤到肥肉缩小冒泡往下滴
油都要滴光了为止，加点辣椒粉孜然就可以了，这个绝对正宗。
烤箱抽屉没大火的只能慢慢bake了，估计10分钟也烤不出那个效果，而
且发干。要么去室外用煤球烤

每次想到这些事我也忍不住想教我闺女打回去，但是又觉得不大对。。
不过我ld坚决要求教育娃打回去，他小时候老是被人欺负，深受其害。。。

看孩子个性了。我家两个包子娃，教还手都教不会，说老师说不能还手，唉。象我家的
，哪次能还手就不错了，主动出击是不可能的。我们都这样aggressive的教娃了，人家

打人家，把娃给教坏了，也不想把娃的小社会搞的太复杂。

如果是我的娃，我首先告诉他，咬人不对，如果下次小朋友咬人，要大声说NO,STOP,
要跟老师说。我家小孩以前的幼儿园对咬人现象容忍度很低的。
