带娃在museum玩，正好有个小孩在过生日，从门口看了一眼，大约十来家（或更多一点
点）参加的，几个孩子父母都在和自己小孩一起玩。想起以前参加过的老中生日趴，家
长们在一起聊天，偶尔看孩子有啥情况过去解决下。也难怪，平时家长可能一起聊天机
会少。还有个感觉，老美有的也不比老中对孩子少用心，尤其老爸，很耐心的样子。

你拿到那个code的时候有没有写什么时候过期？
你在网上开户的？

10/6/12 过期，我9/24/12 开的；而且是用Email里面提供的那个Link点进去的，而且
看见地址栏里面有那个Coupon Code。
CSR信里面说的问题，对于我这种老鸟，怎么可能犯这种低级错误？

chase赖账很正常。。。
我也被赖过125刀，懒得管了。。。

Do you have screenshot of the page when you entered the coupon code?
Also need the coupon email indicating the expiration date.
With all these, call Chase and argue.

if things work the same way it was, you'll have a bonus receipt after your
application. you should print it out if applying online, or the banker gives
you a copy for opening the account in branch.
that's the proof that your coupon code has been applied successfully.
