LD工作，我全职带娃。最近才知道如果不是双职工或一方工作一方读书，是不能放
dependent care的，可我们今年放了400在里面。求助下版上了解的人，是不是这个钱

我听说的是可以花，报税的时候把税补上就行了

我也是全职带娃，FSA是可以的， 只要你能提供合理的receipt。 你不能
claim 的是child care credit.

如果一个人没有收入的话，不能用dependent care FSA.

没错，但是配偶这个财政年度要找到工作，并且收入要大于FSA放入的钱数。楼主可能

你的情况，FSA可以放，Dependent Care的花费也可以claim。如果你今年不工作，明年
报税时补上税即可。

我门也放了，也是不了解情况，后来claim没有问题，到保税时候再说吧。
