大家好，有个问题想请教大家。先谢谢大家的宝贵时间了。
我家两个小孩对游泳很有天赋（我自己认为的）。他们一直是自己在游泳池游，也没
有请教练什么的。现在12岁了，我想让他们加入一个俱乐部啥的。可不知道怎么开始。
在网上看了几个俱乐部，都试训练六天，孩子学校也挺紧张，不知道这样是不是对孩子
太累了如果蔡家乐这样的俱乐部。有一些别的训练班，一两个月的。不知道有没有帮助
。各位兄弟姐妹有没有什么想法和建议，欢迎指教。多谢了。

根据uscistracker数据显示，截止到12月19日，10月的765表已经处理完80%，11月的处理
完50%，当然其中包括基于绿卡和F1的所有765。

我的是initial review,已经交上去两个月了，号码在我后面的人都已经收到卡了的。
不知道是什么原因。

如果只是以建身为目的，找个最近的俱乐部，一周游个3，4次就可以了。如果要参加比
赛的话，12岁年龄段一周训练量起码在14，15小时以上，还有额外比赛的时间。时间，
金钱，学校工课都要付出。

If your kids are trully 对游泳很有天赋 and you didn't enroll them until 12,
you are horrible. By 12 they should be getting close to olympic level,
especially for girls. Most kids start regular training at 5-6, and they are
already swimming as fast as or faster than common adults by that time.
For entry level (5-6), kids should be training 3-4 times a week, each time
at leave one hour. By 12, they shold be swimming almost daily with specific
dryland training, sometimes twice a day. If you want to seriously do
swimming at 12, forget about everything else. That's a major investment.
Otherwise, just pick whatever class convienent, since the effort is not
going to matter anyway.

我们这边农村的农村要入队还要先和主教练谈谈，别人觉得你commit, 还不错才会要，
整个一个by invitation only. 不能commit的话就去YMCA游游，认真学一下，锻炼一下
身体就可以了。游泳是个life long sport.

真的是话糙理不糙啊，我认识的对游泳比较上心的家长们都是娃3岁半就开始请私教，
四五岁开始混游泳队，家长亲自录像找问题，12岁的基本每天都有训练。12岁还没开始
上的话不知道还能攻这个方向不？要是只是健身的话，GOOGLE家附近的泳队就行了，方
便为主吧。

分享点查i765的网站，uscis网站有查各个center的trend，trackitt跟踪一部分人的
case, 但opt样本太小。uscistracker可以查到每月申请量，处理速度和处理日期。。。

我也觉得很震惊，我有朋友的孩子，七岁的，9岁的，12岁的
他们都没说自己孩子对游泳很有天赋
但都已经在游泳队里呆了一段时间了，
参加了各种小组比赛
在美国可别轻易说自己孩子对游泳有天赋
美国游泳游的好的太多了
12岁才想到送游泳队，就算有天赋我觉得也给耽搁了
我只知道游泳队里首先是以游的时间为标准
能游一个小时的能上什么队
游一个半小时的，两个小时的能上什么队？
两个小时以上就开始追求各种速度
小时候乌央央的一大片游泳游的不错的
到了一定年龄，游的时间和速度加上去以后
孩子们体能上的差异就非常明显了
大部分孩子这个时候游泳就转为娱乐项目了
当然楼主，如果相信自己的孩子是有游泳天分的
把孩子带到本地有名的教练面前，游一次给教练看看
如果教练惊为天人，估计立马就收了

一开始申的pre completion OPT, 学校发现错了, 就联系CSC 改时间,回复说改好了,
但是CSC比较变态,在90天之后RFE 要重交更正的I-20,差点没有疯掉,因为公司的offer
都改了好几次时间了,搞的毕业答辩之前都没睡好. 重交I-20的时候一起交了offer
letter和开始时间的email, 在cover letter要求加急.
在USCIS网站看到90天之后可以领临时的EAD, 通过InfoPass去local office要
temporary EAD悲剧,因为重交了材料,被告知要再等一个月,回来只有打电话加急. 第二
个工作日就approved,四天之后卡寄到.
特意申请了一个帐号上来分享一下.真是折腾啊.中间还重交了照片,说是反光,估计是戴
眼镜了,又取了眼睛重照照片
CPT过期之后就在家呆着了一个月,算是唯一的好处吧.intern了大半年正好歇歇.
CSC貌似超慢的, 看到不少印度哥们的帖子,等了超过90天又RFE,就不能去上班了..看来
加急还是必须的.

还是老实回答楼主的问题吧！
楼主可以找本地y m c a，或者社区gym，或者，学校里的一些游泳课
游泳队是不可能说你报名就直接去的，人要求比较高
说白了，你12岁才想到送，有点晚
但你送到游泳课里，如果真的有的速度和时间，非常好的话
里面的教练也自然会把你往游泳队里面推荐
反正是骡子是马，都得去遛一遛才知道
自家游泳池游来游去觉得天赋不错，那是没用的

这也没什么啊，就是去玩嘛
我们这社区的游泳课，一岁以上的就有一堆了
大冬天的，纯粹是周末找地方打发时间
有兴趣的话你还可以去油管子看一些baby游泳的视频
看完就知道啥叫天赋了
几个月的baby就能丢下去直接自己游了
还很开心地笑

我们这边游泳队教练觉得9岁10岁开始进competitive team是最好的时期。孩子太小就进
泳队，容易过早在意速度而扼杀孩子的水感，而且小孩子领悟力到底不太够，动作不容
易做到位。
LZ的孩子都12岁了还从来没进过游泳队，估计也没指望着游泳拿名次吧。如果只是锻炼
身体，随便找个家附近的就好了。

我的情况有点复杂，我在12月21日收到了卡，当时网上的状态也是card production了
。但是卡上面的有效期只有到20130220，信附加说明因为我要求开始的时间较早（01/
02/2013），所以这个卡只是temporary的，他们还没申好材料，但是后来我一直没有收
到permanent的卡，直到在网上查我的状态，又回到initial review了，因为：
On January 10, 2013, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on
this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION as undeliverable.
This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375
-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.
我在1月14打了电话更新了我的地址，但是一直还是没有收到，25号又打了电话，结果
这回让我重新提交I765：
On December 14, 2012, we created an Employment Authorization Document for
you and mailed it to the address we had on file at that time. You have
notified us that you have not received it and the post office has not
returned it to us. We must conclude that it has been lost in the mail.
Therefore, you will need to file a Form I-765, Application for Employment
Authorization to replace that lost document. You can download this form on
our website www.uscis.gov. You can also file this form electronically on
our website. Please follow the instructions on the form.
但是我现在疑惑了，我重新提交I765是不是又要交380刀，这个并不是我的失误啊，卡
寄丢了。

我是觉得，我儿子如果12岁以前把游泳学好，当锻炼身体
12岁以后其实就可以退出了，毕竟吃那碗饭的人没几个。

美国和中国国情不一样。我上中学那会儿，全校学生天天早上披星戴月的跑操，-10C也
照出操不误。每天第7节课强制去操场运动，第8节课自愿。再加上一周2次的体育课，每
周10个小时的运动量就保证了。真没必要回家后再锻炼。
美国没有出早操这东西，也没有强制第7节课强制去操场运动这种东西。如果到家后不运
动，单靠体育课那点时间，运动量太少了。
你说12岁后退出游泳队，那还得进个别的运动队。真想靠体育吃饭的，应该很少吧，反
正我送孩子去游泳队，就是逼他们运动而已。

打电话加急的，接电话的lady非常nice。哭诉说已经没有任何收入两个月了，快付不
起房租了。电话后第二天就收到email，再一天就card production。感觉你不催他，他
就拖着不办。。打电话还是很有用的。

一开始申的pre completion OPT, 学校发现错了, 就联系CSC 改时间,回复说改好了,
但是CSC比较变态,在90天之后RFE 要重交更正的I-20,差点没有疯掉,因为公司的offer
都改了好几次时间了,搞的毕业答辩之前都没睡好. 重交I-20的时候一起交了offer
letter和开始时间的email, 在cover letter要求加急.
在USCIS网站看到90天之后可以领临时的EAD, 通过InfoPass去local office要
temporary EAD悲剧,因为重交了材料,被告知要再等一个月,回来只有打电话加急. 第二
个工作日就approved,四天之后卡寄到.
特意申请了一个帐号上来分享一下.真是折腾啊.中间还重交了照片,说是反光,估计是戴
眼镜了,又取了眼睛重照照片
CPT过期之后就在家呆着了一个月,算是唯一的好处吧.intern了大半年正好歇歇.
CSC貌似超慢的, 看到不少印度哥们的帖子,等了超过90天又RFE,就不能去上班了..看来
加急还是必须的.

我的情况有点复杂，我在12月21日收到了卡，当时网上的状态也是card production了
。但是卡上面的有效期只有到20130220，信附加说明因为我要求开始的时间较早（01/
02/2013），所以这个卡只是temporary的，他们还没申好材料，但是后来我一直没有收
到permanent的卡，直到在网上查我的状态，又回到initial review了，因为：
On January 10, 2013, the post office returned the notice we last sent you on
this case I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION as undeliverable.
This may have serious effects on processing this case. Please call 1-800-375
-5283 to update your mailing address for this notice to be re-sent.
我在1月14打了电话更新了我的地址，但是一直还是没有收到，25号又打了电话，结果
这回让我重新提交I765：
On December 14, 2012, we created an Employment Authorization Document for
you and mailed it to the address we had on file at that time. You have
notified us that you have not received it and the post office has not
returned it to us. We must conclude that it has been lost in the mail.
Therefore, you will need to file a Form I-765, Application for Employment
Authorization to replace that lost document. You can download this form on
our website www.uscis.gov. You can also file this form electronically on
our website. Please follow the instructions on the form.
但是我现在疑惑了，我重新提交I765是不是又要交380刀，这个并不是我的失误啊，卡
寄丢了。
好麻烦啊！！！！

SR update, was told my case was assigned to an officer on 29th and was
asked to fax my documents again. Faxed the same stuff on Jan
31. Still no response but get approved on Feb 2. All my neighboring I-765
cases got approved sooner or later than me since Jan 28. Received a letter
on Feb 06 saying my OPT start date was Jan 29. It seems that expedition
doesn't work at all.

打电话加急的，接电话的lady非常nice。哭诉说已经没有任何收入两个月了，快付不
起房租了。电话后第二天就收到email，再一天就card production。感觉你不催他，他
就拖着不办。。打电话还是很有用的。

the international office faxed it on my behalf, so I don't know the details
or which number to fax to. I only provided them with an offer letter with
start date printed on it. good luck!

I applied for expedite 2 weeks ago, and fax material 1 week ago, still no
response now. Today I call the representative to follow up, he put another
expedite request for me, will that confuse the IO? Does that hurt my
application? Thanks!

最初递交申请的时候同时也叫了加急信和offer letter。但是过了3周都没有消息.第三
周的时候打电话申请加急，两天过后，被要求传真补充材料，把当时写的加急信和
offer letter fax 过去，3天之后显示card production。
申请加急的同时，我也联系了本地的congressman，传真+邮件材料。10天之后，
congressman的office打电话告诉我，他们已经向NSC发出请求了。比较巧的是，他们打
电话给我的那一天，正好是May 17 （card production）。
不知道到底是我自己申请加急生效，还是congressman的帮忙起作用了。

好几天都不见消息，寄了个mail过去第三天就card了。不知道是不是fax起了作用

话说我也寄过，但是一个月后才收到信说收到了，forward给csc。。。彼时我已经电话

刚刚又查了状态（5/31/2013），总算是CARD PRODUCTION了，这几天等的我着急上火的
。不过还是来不及下周一上班（6/3/2013），不知道卡寄过来要多久，能赶上一周后上
班就谢天谢地了。

05/24 到学校IO 找人帮忙加急，负责我的case 的advisor转天就出差了。 05/28 自己
打电话加急, 05/30 通知寄offer letter （最开始的package里包括了offer letter
估计他们没看见）。 05/31 fax cover letter和 offer letter过去。06/03 学校IO的
人出差回来，发信说帮我联系了USCIS的人并且加急成功。 06/04 显示 Card
Production。感觉学校比较有用，但不是每个advisor 都愿意帮忙。我问了好几个，
就一个愿意帮忙的。

顺便说一下，我是用usps的priority mail寄到phoenix的po box，周一usps显示

个人经验如下：
June 4：收到正式offer
June 5-7：准备加急信，并寄到了，我就按照上面帖子里的模板改改给VSC写了一封信
，附上offer和receipt复印件，快件寄给了VSC。
June 7：寄到以后给他们打电话，说我给你们寄了证据了，希望申请加急。
June 11：加急被拒了，email里说因为材料不全。
June 11：又给他们打电话说我材料已经寄给你了呀，他们只说被拒的决定无法更改，
建议我发一封followup email给VSC。我发了邮件把理由又说了一遍以后就不想理这个
事了，也一直没有收到回复，
June 17：card production了。
经验就是写加急信的作用大于打电话，然后邮件follow up就好了，祝大家好运！

On June 13th, it says that my address was changed. But I did not ask to
change my address. Googled about it. Many people had similar situations. It
is either the name, the address or something else was changed. They say it's
like a system error which does not matter.

Date: 6月初的时候就分别通过打电话，发传真和邮寄的方式要求加急，不过似乎没什
么效果，因为一周之后状态还是intial review. 后来我就有点whatever的心态了，放
任不管。在6月18号的时候网页的小字部分有了变化，就是什么注册号码更改了之类的
，然后25号再查，就已经到card production了。还不知道真正拿到卡需要多久……
不得不说，CSC真的是慢啊，仔细算算日子，真的是在“90天之内”搞完的……估计等
收到卡就是满打满算90天了……如果大家可以避开CSC的话尽量避开。伤不起，驾照都
来不及renew...
最后Bless所有还在等待的筒子们，坚持就是胜利！

加急信息：
6月12日申请加急，14日收到邮件说需要其他材料才能决定能否办理加急。当日就将其
他材料fax给了邮件里面提到的一个officer。第二天早上查状态下面的小字写your
address has been changed之类的话，才想起匆忙之中加急材料里面写了自己现在的地
址而不是当时application里面写的朋友家的地址（后来网上查也有人根本没改过地址
也出现这个状态，所以也不一定）。
一直等到6月26日一直都是initial review，小字部分也没变化，于是发了封邮件
follow up，不过还是没收到什么有意义的回复。27日给他们打电话，他们说收到我的
加急材料的30天之内会做出是否加急的决定，但是不做任何保证是否会准许办理。
总之，一直没有收到什么邮件说我的case已经在加急办理之类的。
其他信息：7月2日状态先依旧是initial review，但是小字部分写了alien
registration number has been changed。同一天后来状态变为post decision
activity，下面写approved了。3日查状态变成了card production，小字部分写2日就
已经production了。4日小字部分写mail out。

版上说一般这个状态后10天内就会card production。我等了20天，没有任何动静，OPT
开始申请的时间马上要到了。而晚上好几个cases都比我申请的晚，没有申请加急，都
批了。觉得应该催一下了，昨天就打了电话过去，要求加急，原因就是financial loss
。接线员说VSC一般会5天内回复。因为看到版上说email和mail催更靠谱，于是写好了
written的request和相关材料，准备今天email和寄过去。结果今天早晨，card
production了。我觉得可能不是电话起了作用，而是他们本来就要处理了。
大家good luck。总之如果offer在手，等着opt上班，那就尽人事，安天命。。。实在
没有明白USCIS处理的顺序。。。

这个number已经改变了一个多礼拜了，板上看别人好像都是几天内就card production
了，有点着急，虽然我的OPT还有三个礼拜才开始。今天看了一下下面详细的解释，申
请OPT不是就filed I-765？难道还要打指纹？怎么不记得有人说需要打指纹啊？也没收
到任何appointment notice，是我理解错了？

求助！
我的job开始是8/19，只有2周时间了，但是目前还在等ead的处理消息，所以我想按大
家说的去fax 来request加急处理我的ead卡并且也顺便附上我的offer letter，但是刚
才按照版上FAQ中查的California Service Center的fax number (949-389-8070 or
949-389-8689)去做，却fax无法成功，因为对方没有answer。请问大家最近fax给
California Service Center时用的是哪个号码啊？
急，在线等，想今天能fax过去，这里先感谢大家的回答了。

填的是学校OISS的地址，寄notice来的时候竟然没寄到给退回去了，又update地址，一
来一回， notice date就变成6/28了。也因此怕延期。联系学校的老师问要不要加急，
他们认为从regular的process中再拿出了评估，如果加急被据的话，再回到regular
process会损失2周。所以最后还是等，竟然2个月出头就等到了。

我OPT在5月10号接受，在7月23号被RFE了，要看新的I-20， CSC的CASE。7月30号把RFE
寄出去，有人知道收到多久后会收到确认信吗。 CSC实在是太变态了。等的急死了。

让我补材料。老头在申请里面特意说明有补充材料（该老头说话慢条斯理，很有教书先
生摇头晃脑的感觉）
7/26/2013 收到email补材料，当天下午fax（petition letter，套用了本版模板，加
入了financial loss summary，算了工资和房租。另外附上offer letter）
7/31/2013 状态更新，Card/ Document Production
8/2/2013 卡寄出，by priority mail

8/8/2013看到EAD寄出，有tracking number，USPS priority mail，8/10/2013收到
个人觉得以下几点可以加速OPT的处理
1. 使用money order，虽然不像check那样随时可以看到是否已经被cash，但也不用等
到clear了之后再处理，个人觉得可以加速近一个星期。同时，可以避免check上的地址
和你想用的地址不一致的问题
2. 如果已经拿到offer，在opt的申请资料里附上offer的copy。如果opt申请提交后拿
到offer，可以电话或fax加上offer信息作为补充材料。

我也是SRC的，EAC的比我晚申请的都下来了，我的还没动。。。
上个星期申请expedite了，星期四fax的补充材料，星期一打电话问，说是fulfilled
expeditious handling，到现在还没进一步消息，等得好幸苦呀

8月6号（周二）就收到邮件说补材料
因为准备毕业答辩就等到下一周的8月12号（周一）去FAX了材料
当天同时邮寄了材料
隔一天早上（8月14号）就邮件提醒说 card production了
邮寄的材料还没到那边呵
感觉这段时间要处理的比前段时间少所以比之前快了很多

SRC1390350482以前的，基本上都出了。SRC1390350700左右，有几个出了，
SRC1390352000和SRC1390352006也好了。

the email asking me to fax the supporting materials of financial hardness
and financial loss. I faxed in 8/08 morning and got no response afterwards.
The second request was sent on 8/16. It called the custom service on 16th.,
the CS suggested me to file another expedite request to follow up the
previous one. On 8/19, the expedite request was denied. At the same time,
the content of initial review showed my address had been changed. Actually I
didn't request change of address.

看来加急还是有用的, 直接按照收到的receipt上的那个电话打过去，要求加急，需要
报receipt number, 还有就是要准备好加急的理由。当时对方就会给一个reference
number, 这个可以用来写email过去follow up. 一般５天内就会回复的。
我的教训是对方把我的email地址给记错了。　我等一周后，发现没动静，１８号晚上
写了email过去，里面注明了reference number. 系统立刻就自动回复了，按照要求修
改了email,再发过去。然后不放心１９号又寄了封加急信过去。　２２号email收到回
复让fax加急的证明材料。这才看到１４号打得电话，１６号别人就回了，发到了错误
的email地址。我没有收到。。。。。
然后２３赶紧fax材料过去，２７号收到email，　通知说card production.

对方一般发电子邮件告诉你申请加急的结果，一般要求fax更多的材料来证明有加急的
必要。

我的是OISS的人申请的加急。她发了email,之后受到confirmation说has been
requested for expedited process. 没说要其他材料。但是我再寄材料的时候在里面
放了张offer letter。
19号收到的，27号左右initial review。
不知道9月底能不能下来啊。

我也是打电话加急了，然后给了个ref number，第二天把所有加急信给寄了过去。一个
星期就card production了。这之间从来没有收到过任何邮件告诉我缺材料，或者加急
被deny或者被approve了。。。所以no news is a good news吧～

我最近还在不死心的fax 还是没啥用那些能followup的邮件地址都发了不知道多少封
了昨天发了一个以前打电话时有人给的地址然后终于收到回复说不都是至少三个月吗
我说哪有一般最多是三个月然后又回我说我forward给TSC了我只能做这些了然后

TSC还算不错，我周围10几个人的卡都是一个月之内到的，就我一个人等了快两个月，
最后加急才搞定。祝你早日拿卡。

July 24 号打电话过去加急，July 25 收到email说要fax additional documents，当
天我就把fax过去了~~
July 25-Aug23：中间打了无数次电话，其中有提到Aug 1，我的file就officer拿走了
，正在review，被告知正常的review是3-45天。这个信息不是每个接线员都会告诉你，
有的接线员比较nice，帮你仔细看你file上的msg，有的接线员根本就不帮你看，一直
到我告诉他有这样一件事情的时候，他才说，哦哦，我帮你看一下你之间的记录~~ 无
比的坑爹~ 所以建议多打几个接线员比较靠谱~ 而且每个接线员告诉你的信息可能是不
一样的，千万不要相信其中任何一个，他们只是随口说说，打电话的时候要记录他们的
number，然后多打几个电话confirm他们给的信息~~ 这个Aug 1 case被提走的信息，是
至少三个接线员告诉我的（有男有女，有老有少，所以肯定不是同一人），我觉得应该
是真的了~~~
另外这个月打的所有电话其实都是无用功，因为最后我最后我发现，这些所有的电话都
没有记录在案~~~
Aug 23：告诉他们我的case已经review一个月了，啥情况，我的case也被拿走20多天
了，很急~~ 其中一个好心的帅锅（听声音就是帅锅）告诉我帮我make a msg on file~~
Aug 26-27: 之前发了很多邮件给tsc，没回音，然后又发了给ncsc，终于收到一封邮件
，说case正在被officer review，会帮我make a msg to expedite, 但是由于现在
volumn很大，估计tsc不会接受加急处理
另外打电话的接线员告诉我，关于我Aug 23 的call，他们有一个记录，target date是
Sep 7. 老娘有经验了，盘根问底，啥target date，这个target是啥~~ 蹦想让我轻易
放过~~ 解释的很含糊~ target date是开始处理你的case，我就说不是Aug 1我的case
就被拿走了么~ 你咋现在才处理~~ 然后人家就说，这还只是target，还未必能实现，
一切都不保证~
Aug 27：一个好心接线员（记得还是帅锅），帮我put了第二次加急~~
Aug29: 第二个加急收到回信，说case正在被officer review，只有等~~
其中Aug 23-Aug29 的每次电话，在他们的档案上都有记录，因为他们会说，我来看看
你什么时候最后一次call的，来看看有什么信息留下了~~ 所以每次打电话尽量要求他
们在file上记录点啥，绝对有好处的~~ 不然电话就是白打了~~ （不过有可能review
30天内的，他们就是不管的）
Sep 3：本来的starting date了，还是review，有打电话过去~ 还是帅锅，说要帮我
做指纹，说我的case没批可能是没指纹，我说I765是不需要的，但是帅锅执意帮我留下
这个记录，说到底需要不，有相关人士判断，如果不需要的话，就算了
Sep 4： Alien registration number change
Sep 5： card production
最后总结，多打电话，如果接电话的是年轻帅锅，要多要求一点，态度放好一点，大爱
年轻帅锅接线员~~

Opt extension，我是7月17号的，等到8月29号还在initial review，打电话加急，用
了要travel，需要新卡入境的理由，给了个号码，没收到email啥补材料，发email到那
个follow up的邮箱也永远是系统回复， 9月5号再打电话，说2号给我mail了个notice
，今天收到notice加急被拒。opt extension加急能用啥理由啊？financial loss对于
我不合适啊，因为没有被收回offer的危险，有180天的合法工作的grace period。都已
经50天了啊
，一点办法没有，这个月25号的机票要回国，就等着卡，真是
想死的心都有。
大家帮想想有啥好加急理由？

这位童鞋，我跟你的情况非常类似，申请日期也差不多，也是在tsc，而且也打算9月份
回国的，但是现在一直pending，好像7月底那个arn号码就改了，从此以后就毫无进展
。家里突发紧急情况，家人催了好几次了，而且我11月初在美国还有个非常重要的会议
要参加，如果ead卡不能按时发下来，后面整个安排都会超级麻烦。现在也准备催他们
加快办理了，请问你如果方便的话，能否说一下你告诉他们的加急理由是什么？我觉得
那个financial loss的理由好像不适用，因为我们是急着回国而不是急着上班。多谢指
教！

我的情况还在initial review，连alien number都没变，我打电话加急用的老卡过期，
但要travel outside us，需要新卡入境理由，但是今天收到notice加急被拒。我也想
不出新理由，financial loss不适用我的情况，我真是急死了，我25
号的机票要回去，家里急事都改不了，我现在也不知道怎么办

Tsc对opt和opt extension是不是区别对待的啊？opt一个月左右就批了，我一同学opt
extension 80多天卡才来，我的已经快60天了还在review。我查了下号码比我大很多，

8月28号电话加急，9月5号收到mail被拒，9月9号再次电话加急，10号overnight mail
加急，13号card production。不知道加急有没有用，但是我查了下和我号码相邻的
i765也都好了，所以未必是加急成功的，终于好了，我的机票不用改了，万幸。祝各位

最近government shutdown，是不是都不处理OPT了？都没看到有人来报opt approved。
我看initial review里有background check这一内容，这个是不是要用到政府的资源，
所以shutdown也会对独立收费的uscis的处理过程造成影响？

你可以打电话去问，转人工服务，报你的加急号码
我的case很奇怪，USCIS都没向我要材料就拒了。感觉好像只要是financial loss他们

你如果填了那个G***表，会在寄到后2-4天内收到text message和email通知。如果没填
的话，就只能等平信通知。
平信寄到USCIS需要3-5天，然后2-4天通知，然后3-5天平信寄到学校，然后学校再转发
给你，这大概就是2-3周的时间。
我9月30号的时候收到text msg和email通知，但是到现在3周了，还没收到学校转发的
平信通知。。。（可能还没寄到，也可能学校收到了觉得没必要转发给我了，没去问）。

都没收到。。。我怀疑邮箱弄错了。。。

申请OPT stem extension，原本以为没有问题，但两个月过去了一直是initial review
，后来9月20几号查状态突然不显示了，说几天后就会有结果。原以为申请就会通过了
，但9月26日状态显示为要求补材料。10月1号收到信说要求提供从OPT开始到现在
employment的证明材料，10月3号寄出材料后立刻打电话要求加急，然后10月8号就变成
card production了，10月15号收到卡。好险，刚好在我旧的EAD过期的时候收到新的
EAD。

要求加急还是有用，虽然后来加急申请被拒绝了，USCIS还是派专人处理了我的case，
事实证明，收到email的第二天OPT就批了，所以，如果着急的，赶紧去申请加急，把自

the international office faxed it on my behalf, so I don't know the details
or which number to fax to. I only provided them with an offer letter with
start date printed on it. good luck!

I applied for expedite 2 weeks ago, and fax material 1 week ago, still no
response now. Today I call the representative to follow up, he put another
expedite request for me, will that confuse the IO? Does that hurt my
application? Thanks!

最初递交申请的时候同时也叫了加急信和offer letter。但是过了3周都没有消息.第三
周的时候打电话申请加急，两天过后，被要求传真补充材料，把当时写的加急信和
offer letter fax 过去，3天之后显示card production。
申请加急的同时，我也联系了本地的congressman，传真+邮件材料。10天之后，
congressman的office打电话告诉我，他们已经向NSC发出请求了。比较巧的是，他们打
电话给我的那一天，正好是May 17 （card production）。
不知道到底是我自己申请加急生效，还是congressman的帮忙起作用了。

直接赶紧寄个package过去，感觉那个比fax靠谱。我加急后收到rfe，连着fax到nsc了
好几天都不见消息，寄了个mail过去第三天就card了。不知道是不是fax起了作用

。。说should receive notice within 30 days。。。。

话说我也寄过，但是一个月后才收到信说收到了，forward给csc。。。彼时我已经电话
加急过两次了

刚刚又查了状态（5/31/2013），总算是CARD PRODUCTION了，这几天等的我着急上火的
。不过还是来不及下周一上班（6/3/2013），不知道卡寄过来要多久，能赶上一周后上
班就谢天谢地了。

05/24 到学校IO 找人帮忙加急，负责我的case 的advisor转天就出差了。 05/28 自己
打电话加急, 05/30 通知寄offer letter （最开始的package里包括了offer letter
估计他们没看见）。 05/31 fax cover letter和 offer letter过去。06/03 学校IO的
人出差回来，发信说帮我联系了USCIS的人并且加急成功。 06/04 显示 Card
Production。感觉学校比较有用，但不是每个advisor 都愿意帮忙。我问了好几个，
就一个愿意帮忙的。

顺便说一下，我是用usps的priority mail寄到phoenix的po box，周一usps显示
delivered，周四收到text和email通知receipt number，同时check被cash了。但是周
四当天查check status还没有任何记录。
要求expedite后第四个工作日收到mail通知要求补材料：offer letter和一个1-page的
信说明expedite的理由。当天用传真发过去补充的材料。

个人经验如下：
June 4：收到正式offer
June 5-7：准备加急信，并寄到了，我就按照上面帖子里的模板改改给VSC写了一封信
，附上offer和receipt复印件，快件寄给了VSC。
June 7：寄到以后给他们打电话，说我给你们寄了证据了，希望申请加急。
June 11：加急被拒了，email里说因为材料不全。
June 11：又给他们打电话说我材料已经寄给你了呀，他们只说被拒的决定无法更改，
建议我发一封followup email给VSC。我发了邮件把理由又说了一遍以后就不想理这个
事了，也一直没有收到回复，
June 17：card production了。
经验就是写加急信的作用大于打电话，然后邮件follow up就好了，祝大家好运！

change my address. Googled about it. Many people had similar situations. It
is either the name, the address or something else was changed. They say it's
like a system error which does not matter.

Date: 6月初的时候就分别通过打电话，发传真和邮寄的方式要求加急，不过似乎没什
么效果，因为一周之后状态还是intial review. 后来我就有点whatever的心态了，放
任不管。在6月18号的时候网页的小字部分有了变化，就是什么注册号码更改了之类的
，然后25号再查，就已经到card production了。还不知道真正拿到卡需要多久……
不得不说，CSC真的是慢啊，仔细算算日子，真的是在“90天之内”搞完的……估计等
收到卡就是满打满算90天了……如果大家可以避开CSC的话尽量避开。伤不起，驾照都
来不及renew...
最后Bless所有还在等待的筒子们，坚持就是胜利！

加急信息：
6月12日申请加急，14日收到邮件说需要其他材料才能决定能否办理加急。当日就将其
他材料fax给了邮件里面提到的一个officer。第二天早上查状态下面的小字写your
address has been changed之类的话，才想起匆忙之中加急材料里面写了自己现在的地
址而不是当时application里面写的朋友家的地址（后来网上查也有人根本没改过地址
也出现这个状态，所以也不一定）。
一直等到6月26日一直都是initial review，小字部分也没变化，于是发了封邮件
follow up，不过还是没收到什么有意义的回复。27日给他们打电话，他们说收到我的
加急材料的30天之内会做出是否加急的决定，但是不做任何保证是否会准许办理。
总之，一直没有收到什么邮件说我的case已经在加急办理之类的。
其他信息：7月2日状态先依旧是initial review，但是小字部分写了alien
registration number has been changed。同一天后来状态变为post decision
activity，下面写approved了。3日查状态变成了card production，小字部分写2日就
已经production了。4日小字部分写mail out。

版上说一般这个状态后10天内就会card production。我等了20天，没有任何动静，OPT
开始申请的时间马上要到了。而晚上好几个cases都比我申请的晚，没有申请加急，都
批了。觉得应该催一下了，昨天就打了电话过去，要求加急，原因就是financial loss
。接线员说VSC一般会5天内回复。因为看到版上说email和mail催更靠谱，于是写好了
written的request和相关材料，准备今天email和寄过去。结果今天早晨，card
production了。我觉得可能不是电话起了作用，而是他们本来就要处理了。
大家good luck。总之如果offer在手，等着opt上班，那就尽人事，安天命。。。实在
没有明白USCIS处理的顺序。。。

一直都能查，一直都是initial review。我老公和你一样，CSC，5月10号receive date

让继续等待30天再联系。 7/10在网上 request infopass appointment with local
uscis office to apply Interim EAD，appointment时间在7/24，然后7/22网上的状态

求助！
我的job开始是8/19，只有2周时间了，但是目前还在等ead的处理消息，所以我想按大
家说的去fax 来request加急处理我的ead卡并且也顺便附上我的offer letter，但是刚
才按照版上FAQ中查的California Service Center的fax number (949-389-8070 or
949-389-8689)去做，却fax无法成功，因为对方没有answer。请问大家最近fax给
California Service Center时用的是哪个号码啊？
急，在线等，想今天能fax过去，这里先感谢大家的回答了。

填的是学校OISS的地址，寄notice来的时候竟然没寄到给退回去了，又update地址，一
来一回， notice date就变成6/28了。也因此怕延期。联系学校的老师问要不要加急，
他们认为从regular的process中再拿出了评估，如果加急被据的话，再回到regular
process会损失2周。所以最后还是等，竟然2个月出头就等到了。

我OPT在5月10号接受，在7月23号被RFE了，要看新的I-20， CSC的CASE。7月30号把RFE
寄出去，有人知道收到多久后会收到确认信吗。 CSC实在是太变态了。等的急死了。

7/15/2013 打电话过问客服，要求再次申请，接线老太太说30天内没法申请加急
7/17/2013 再打电话，白mm接线员说只需要从7/15开始等5个工作日就可再次申请加急
第二次加急：
7/22/2013 电话申请，和老头接线员说明有offer letter，并表示上次没有收到email
让我补材料。老头在申请里面特意说明有补充材料（该老头说话慢条斯理，很有教书先
生摇头晃脑的感觉）
7/26/2013 收到email补材料，当天下午fax（petition letter，套用了本版模板，加
入了financial loss summary，算了工资和房租。另外附上offer letter）
7/31/2013 状态更新，Card/ Document Production
8/2/2013 卡寄出，by priority mail
8/5/2013 收到卡
