you. need be careful....as lot of Time, debt collection agent will not
contact you after receiving claims from customers. they will directly report
to credit unions. on day when u run your credit report, u will see this
debt collection report on your history......so,better try to fix the problem
by fore it's too late. it happened to me years ago.
one way to reach the other party, if phone call or email are not working,
you can send him an registered usps mail which requires signature from
receiver. and you can track its status. once you find it out this letter has
been delivered,which means your request has been delivered. that can help
you have direct communication with him. if no further response from him,
then you keep the evidences that you initiated this communication to solve
this problem but no success, in case one day you may need in court if you
want to file against this debt collection.
