看了置顶帖：明年paypal开始向IRS report其客户的transaction。
其下限是20k或者200 payments，如果超过这个数量paypal就会像IRS提供你的数据并向
你发送一份1099. 大部分小神医一个月也超过了。没有绿卡的同学尤其要
注意何去何从。
我不太明白，一旦paypal开始向IRS汇报，为什么必须有绿卡才能合法做ebay？
目前持有有H1的，或者刚开始申请绿卡的还没批下来的，都不能再用paypal收钱啦？

It's not just PayPal, so don't let anyone tell you otherwise, in fact
the law does not even mention PayPal by name.
There is something in the Housing Assistance Act of 2008 under Credit
Card Information Reporting. It basically says banks and credit card
payment providers (Amazon FPS, Google Checkout, PayPal, CitiBank, etc.)
are to file a report on anyone who receives deposits totaling more than
$20,000 in payments in a single year AND receive over 200

理论上应该为ebay business办一个H1 part time签证。但实际操作起来估计不大可行
。大家有什
么对策？
总不能因为这个破身份问题导致生意关门吧？！

我的理解是这条法规在2011前被推翻，就是2011开始还不用报税。对不对？
