上次125-25用了张ebay gc买了一张BP gc加一些小东西，然后paypal多charge了十几块
。打电话给paypal，ebay和paypal皮球踢来踢去搞了一两个小时无果，bbb无果，
dispute信用卡成功，然后paypal就把bp gc里头的余额清零了。还剩4，50块呢！
paypal流氓地理直气壮，尽管我的Emailconfirmation里写了我信用卡应付的余额是0.
现在该怎么办呢？去消费者协会投诉？

paypal怎么有权力清零bp的gc？真要这么流氓你就BBB。但是我觉得慢慢磨应该给解决
的。

如果有员工带小孩玩，感觉应该给点。
我们那次是有员工来帮着上菜，最后剩的菜打包，我给了一些。

楼主是不是小东西的价值没有超过25？如果小东西价格只有15，这个coupon只能减15

如果是return 你付款的ebay gc应该也会refund到一张新的ebay gc吧

这不可能，因为已经用了一部分。所以ebay把我的钱都吞了

Paypal overcharged people. It is a common issue in March. I have the same
issue and spent hours and got no where. Filed BBB against both ebay and
paypal and still no resolution. Then I filed State Attorney General and CC
dispute at the same time and finally got my few hundreds dollars back.
It is one of the worst shopping experiences in my life.
