最近睡觉起来后总感觉脖子疼，白天到晚上都还好，就是每次早上睡醒后脖子右侧的一
条肌肉疼。平时都是左或右侧睡，怀疑是枕头的支撑力不够（枕头确实挺软的）。请问
大家有没有用过比较好的firm的枕头，推荐个牌子吧。谢谢大家！

什么牌子的枕头都有软，中，硬三种，你去买firm的就好啦

补充一下：买过memory foam的枕头，似乎效果不好，感觉这种枕头的feature只是能变
