新手，不是太懂。考古得知最低存公司match的，%4，也就是$2400，那存多少最合适
的？总不能都存了吧？免得没钱花了。求指导！谢谢先。

I had a PhD on EE and already used my 1 year OPT.
I will get MS on CS in one year and am wondering whether I can still get
OPT again.
Although it says that OPT can be obtained again for a different level of
degree, will this reverse order (PhD then MS) on the related majors be a
problem?

古之学者必有师。师者，所以传道受业解惑也。人非生而知之者，
孰能无惑？惑而不从师，其为惑也，终不解矣。
老师从古至今扮演的角色都是无私的，教书育人，传道受业。
每一个人的成长，前6年在家里父母身边，，接下来时间就都是在学校和老师度过的，
每一节课上的认真，每一次操场上的足迹。都是我们一路成长最好的见证。
如今，老师牺牲自己的生命挽救学生，已经不是一起两起案例了，记得我在上小学的时
候，我家附近的一个学校的张老师，也是再经历生死中选择把生还的机会留给学生，她
经过抢救活了过来，但是双腿却高位截肢了，以后她不能站在讲台上给学生上课了，但
是她用柔弱的身躯告诉我们什么是坚强，继续回到讲台是她的心愿，教书育人是她的信
仰，所以在她完全康复后，医生做了最适合她的假肢，帮助她重返学校。我深刻记得那
天，她重新站起来时，阳光照在她年轻的脸庞上，那种坚定，那种温柔。
希望上天可以善待每一个善良的人，他们都是世界上美好的天使。

What I would like is to call local Canadian number and then forward to US.
I am in US now and has no Canadian phone number.

If you have enough $ to pay monthly expenses, then max your contribution up
to your employer's match %.
If you are married and file tax jointly, then you need to consider other
facts such as your current tax bracket vs. after retirement tax bracket.

Google Voice is free to call either US or Canada number.
Don't know if you can register a Canadian area code.

I would contribute $2400 to 401K, $5000 to Roth IRA and stop there.

someone says i can save as much as i can because that money i saved is tax
free? What if i need to buy a car, a house?

The money you put in 401k is just tax deferred until you take it out after
retirement age. You will have to pay tax by then.
