google voice app的用途只是相当于virtual voicemail了。

不过从手机拨出的电话和text还是要走你的plan。

Actually, only law-abiding WSN will be monitored. Government has trouble to
monitor terrorist on internet because they might take some extra steps to
use secure connections for communication while WSN usually don't.

All legal ISPs have to abide the law, I've been working for 2 email service
vendors, and both have some legal intercept components, although I don't
know what countries require that and what countries not.
I'd say it's difficult for terrorist to use a monitor-free ISP, unless
they have their own. Of course, they can have their own crypto code on
top of that.

不对。语音通话是绝对禁止intercept的，除非有法院传票。
Google说了，现有法律是管telecommunication companies的。我不是telecom公司，所
以这个法律管不到我。
然后竟然所有人真的拿他没办法。
Google的政府关系是一个谜。

我都怀疑狗狗是那国防部的钱在干这事儿，它家的infrastructure做得好，很容易支持

你说的“随便装个sip，GV一直免费”是指什么？拨打国际长途也都免费吗？
我理解的GV整合到sprint手机之后，可以用手机拨打国际长途（按照GV的收费标准），
这样比sprint的国际长途话费要便宜的多吧？
