如果说咱们Michigan是美国最好的地方，那真是夜郎自大了。
如果说咱们Michigan是美国最富的地方，那我真是穷极了。
其实每个地方都有一个特点，一方水土养一方的人。密西根正是这种很有特色的地方，
养一批很有特点的人。我要赞美的，就是咱密西根的特色。
假如你今天还年轻有冲劲，想拼一拼，加州，纽约应该是你的首选。但回首想想，去的
人不少，有多少大发了？如果你在密西根象加州一样过：每年租个1200sqft的
apartment，每天没日没夜的打两份工，多出来的钱每年花个5万买Lotto，说不定你也
发了，十年买Lotto下来，感觉中奖发财的

Sprint is trying its best to fight AT&T's planned $39 billion acquisition of
T-Mobile -- which as we've noted is a steep uphill climb given AT&T's
bottomless pockets and massive lobbying army. One recent effort Sprint used
was to run this ad, mocking T-Mobile's own recent ads featuring a brunette
in a pink dress -- mocking AT&T and Verizon as old, white balding men. The
ad, which features a cigar-smoking man in a similar pink dress, used the
tagline "It makes sense if you don’t think about it," and complains the
deal will result in less innovation and higher prices. However, the ad --
funded in part by Sprint and supported by groups like Public Knowledge and
Media Access Project -- was pulled after complaints from the transgender
community:

Andrew Jay Schwartzman, senior vice president of the Media Access Project
says his group signed off on the ads after being shown them by a Sprint
representative and apologized for that decision. "We were insensitive," he
said, noting that the groups were in a rush to get their ads ready ahead of
Wednesday’s hearing before a Senate subcommittee. "I can’t undo this, but
we certainly aren’t going to associate ourselves with anything like this."
REC Networks Founder Michi Eyre has issued an open letter to the groups
letting them know the ad was insensitive. Eyre then issued this statement
after the ad was pulled:
"We sometimes need to shock to call attention to a serious issue that can
impact millions of consumers in America, but that shock should not be done
at the expense of an already oppressed community who experiences violence
every day because of how they look and how they identify."
AT&T this morning heads before the Senate Subcommittee on Antitrust,
Competition Policy and Consumer Rights to defend their planned acquisition
of T-Mobile.

It is bipartian bill now. It could increase a lot chances to pass in both

都是老资格的议员了
