I am hesitating whether we need to buy a house now. Everyone mentioned that
the market is really good for buyers and we found one house both of us
really like.
Few things to consider:
1. just moving to the Midwest, kind of permanently.
2. Not qualified for the first homeowner anymore.
3. First baby on the way.
4. wife has not found a job yet, and we have a major concern of commute if
she finds a job on other side of the city.
5. rent an apt with one year contract, cozy but small
6. Financially
