会计师那里给做了护照公证，结果申请还是被打了回来，说所提供的护照资料不合格，
护照离过期日还有很多年，所以不存在那个问题，但是我的会计师居然也不知为什么不
合格。问IRS，猪头customer rep说既然这个申请是为我母亲申请的，必须她本人来问
到底为什么不合格。
但是我听说是因为今年对certify的要求有变，可是我在网上搜了一下，找不到具体的
信息，有经验的大侠赶快给指点一下？双黄包答谢有帮助的回答。

目前在新工作的背景调查中。
由于在网上填信息时候，要求不要联系当前的雇主，所以hireright邮件要求提供w2,或
是最新的工资单，还有能够证明在当前雇主这边开始时间的文件。
只好全部提供。
虽然在跟hr电话时候夸张了一下目前的工资。（只夸张一点点问题不大估计）
但知道最近几个跳槽的白人美国朋友都在面试时候夸大工资最多的夸大30k.
而且去的也是大公司也有用hireright做第三方的。
我真是不明白他们如何过的提供工资单或w2这关？
提供的肯定跟他们夸大的不符合啊！

上周日出来的，不知道有没有人用过，感觉怎么样？
这个东西推出来的不怎么成功呀，都没有人讨论。

需要到他们指定的地方做公证。你拿护照原件去local IRS branch试试。

多谢！需要我母亲本人去吗？还有，除了local IRS branch以外，有没有其他地方可以
做？网上有什么指定地方的列表吗？

看了一下。但还是不知道对pdf文件（扫描的）zoom的功能怎么样。家里有个kindle,
一般用landscape看，但看其他电子书时还的换成portrait，比较烦。

你看看IRS最新修改规定的通知，上边可能会有list。拿着他们的护照去IRS，不用本人
到场。

checked IRS site, here is the new rule effective as of Jun 22, 2012, IRS no
longer accepts notarized copies of passport. It's a shame that my account
knows nothing about this change and insists me to send another notarized
copy.

最近给爸妈申请过ITIN的筒子们，IRS的新规定是不是意味着必须拿护照到大使馆作公
证啊？新规定如下：
The IRS is implementing interim guidelines — effective immediately — and
will only issue ITINs when applications include original documentation, such
as passports and birth certificates, or certified copies of these documents
from the issuing agency. During this interim period, ITINs will not be
issued based on applications supported by notarized copies of documents.
